These guys are the real deal. I wanted a used iPhone 4s but was really apprehensive about buying one on eBay, Kijiji etc. Is it stolen, will it work, what condition, is it unlocked properly.

It was a breath of fresh air when I found the Orchard site. I could probably have payed less by buying one from Kijiji but I'm happy to pay slightly more for a clean phone and clean transaction.

I had ordered a phone the other day off of the site, I had emailed them asking a question, they emailed me back saying that the price was listed wrong on their site and that they had to cancel my purchase and that they could not honour their mistake. This was a mistake on their part, I had already placed my order and paid for it, they as a professional business should of honoured THEIR mistake, extremely displease with this site, will not suggest to anyone.

Ordered my phone on a Friday night - received it on the Tuesday morning- awesome packaging with personalized follow up from customer service. Received 2 emails after receiving my phone from company representatives to know if everything had been smooth in the delivery and in activating the phone. The company is great and they have an awesome customer service! I also love my personalized wooden iphone case. I am already recommending the orchard to anyone I know who wants to buy a used iphone. I have heard of too many people getting ripped off when buying used phones online and after checking getorchard out, i thought this looked like the best option. It was. I just received my used iphone 5 yesterday and I have no complaints! It said it was in "fair" condition and is pretty much like new. Tiny scratch on the screen and a couple small small dents on the side. I was really surprised at the condition for it being "fair"! It ended up being the same price, if not a bit better deal, then buying used through craigslist or something, and feels safer because you know its not stolen and has been tested to work "like new". Anyway, if your looking for a used iphone, this is the only way to go.

Found 'em on Kijiji when I was looking for an iPhone 5 and, despite having never heard of them, I took a chance AND AM I GLAD I DID! Got the phone when promised and despite their claim that the phone was in "very good" condition, I defy ANYONE to look at it and not say it's brand new! Noticed on the back, they had a protector with my name on it only to then realize it was a clear bumper guard... free! I can and will HIGHLY recommend Orchard to any and everyone looking to pick up a used iPhone.

My son bought his cell through GetOrchard. The original service was awesome to say the least. I really had a feeling that they cared about the customer. My second experience was even better. The phone stopped working. We tried every online suggestion from Apple ( and any other suggestion w could find). Finally, we decided to check out Apple care. They were more than willing to look at the phone at a pretty big price ($269 American). They said they could fix it or provide a similar phone. I took a chance and contacted Orchard. The Orchard staff offered to check the phone out and help fix the issue. If it was unfixable, they could find us the best deal possible. It turned out to be a loose connection. They gave a good check over. The phone is on the way back now. I couldn't be happier! I am telling you! They really go the extra mile for the customer. Thanks GetOrchard.
