Purchased 2 Lumina HD cams. It took them so long to get here that I had almost forgotten about them. Supply chain issues, global component shortages, I was told. Nonetheless, the product is good quality. Can't say yet if it was worth the wait. Will keep posting updates.

I backed this product with scepticism but glad all the features they promised are in there. Software still in developmental stages but getting better with constant updates. Kinda okay for a new product but not 5 stars.

Great picture quality, robust aluminium build, integrates nicely with my Macbook. Customer service was exceptional with after sale tech support.

Delayed shipping. Other than that everything is great so far. My Lumina has a very good picture quality with easy set-up. Still testing it and time will tell if it provides me with what I need.

I backed this product and was immensely happy when I received it, especially, when so many backers were facing shipping delays. Did the product live up to the promise? On Mac, yes. On Windows, we don't know yet.

Amazing product, cool design and very impressive features. Only issue is the software can be difficult at times and customer service takes a bit longer to respond than ideally they should. I really hope they improve on these aspects of the service and make the user experience even more satisfying.

Had a bumpy ride with Lumina. Even after I got the product I got frustrated with installation and all but after a few days of use I think I made the right choice by sticking with these guys. Unit is good quality, shipping delays were inevitable because of the overall situation and as far as software bugs are concerned they are releasing new fixes almost every day. I have been backing new products for a while and to be honest I was mentally prepared to support the product with teething pains as well.

Customer service answered all my questions before ordering. I got the camera late probably because of global supply chain issues which is understandable. I have used Lumina only for a day and I am very satisfied with it so far. Will update my review if I encounter any issues.

Great product for the price, looks beautiful and the fun part is active calibration actually works haha. I really love the background blurring feature. Totally amazed with Lumina!

Great team to work with! Encountered some bugs but customer service was very helpful in getting them fixed within a day. Cameras are working perfectly with excellent quality of picture. No complaints!
