Their return policy is criminal. I attempted to return my unused item and they said they do not accept returns. I am astonished that they're still in business.

If I had had someone to speak to regarding a part specification I wouldn't have placed an order for the part that I did.

I'm considered to be a real player. Basically, I can; t imagine my life without playing computer games and i was lucky when I find a job online. I understood that I could both play games and work using the same computer and everything I needed is just to master time management. So, recently something went wrong and my computer was broken. I understand everything in computers and actually I found out what was wrong. I found this website in the internet and thought that it would be good to order some parts for my computer from here. Actually, everything was delivered quite fast and I was glad to receive the parts.

The replacement part they mailed to me wasn't exactly the same. They refused to exchange it for exact one I needed, even though they had it in stock. (Their website gave no indication that multiple parts could fit my model.) Dont use GRP! Check around first, their prices are considerably higher, and their customer service is awful.

Purchased a lower tray for my Frigidaire dishwasher. Fast service and good quality but wrong colour. Not sure who's fault it is. Will send it back for an exchange.

Put my model # into Google, GRP came up, I added my needed part for my model # and the item was here in one day. Incredible in today's market and any other time. So refreshing. Thank you

I ordered a white replacement knob for my GE stove (Part # GE JGB850DEF1WW). Genuine Replacement Parts Shipped Part # GE WB03X*******, a chrome knob that will not fit on my stove. When I emailed their customer service letting them know THEY shipped the wrong part and asked for a refund I got an email from them stating that I had to provide pictures of the incorrect part they shipped, a photo of the incorrect part number (they shipped), and a photo of the serial and model number on the back of the stove. The alternative they provided is: "Otherwise, if you have ordered a part in error or no longer require the part you purchased, we only request confirmation that your part is in new and uninstalled condition to generate your return authorization. No photos would be required." When I try to call their number it always states they are receiving high caller volume and to try to call back later or email them.
Stay away from this business!

Very pleased with product (refrigerator door shelf) and quick delivery. The part was delivered three days earlier than expected, which was very helpful. Would definitely order from Genuine Replacement Parts again.

GRP delivered a part that claims to be OEM: Bosch wfmc6400uc/01 washing machine Door Gasket Kit *******. However, when I received the part, the directions on it require that I had to disable the flushing hose. My original part had a hole in the gasket for the flushing hose. The GRP part did not have the hole and requires you to re-route the flushing hose.

They refused to refund my shipping cost of $77 to return the non-OEM part. They claim that the part is OEM but does require a retrofit.

I will never be a customer again due to the poor customer service and that they do not guaranteed that all parts are exact replacements.

This was an expensive lesson! Buyer Beware!

I was able to find the right part for my refrigerator quickly on their site and at the best price of any of the other retailers I checked. I highly recommend them for replacement parts.

I ordered pump water for Maytag washer. I placed an order on Thursday evening, it came on Sunday! Even though it was a New Year. Price was okay. For sure I will use this company in the future. Placing order was super easy.

If you need parts quickly, don't be fooled by their stated delivery dates. I had 3 items ordered, and it was split into 2 separate orders. The delivery date on the order came and went, and after inquiring, a response provided tracking showing one part of the order would be arriving 4 days late, and the 2nd part of the order would be arriving 8 days late (it wasn't even shipped until the original expected receipt date for the order). Purchase elsewhere.

The part was easy to find on the website, the price was reasonable, the delivery VERY prompt. It arrived on the 3rd day after I ordered it.
The only problem was that the delivery person did not feel that they needed to bring it all the way to our house. So it was left at the top of our long steep driveway in the rain after 4pm. I only discovered it when it was getting dark and I checked the tracking. I saw that it had been left up there in the rain an hour earlier with a note that it had been placed over the gate... we do not have a gate. I left a complaint with the delivery company but have not heard back.
Other than that it was perfect and got here in time to save all the Christmas cooking plans.

Parts were correct and came very quickly. One piece was broken during shipping and they replaced it within a day. Thank you!

I ordered a replacement dishwasher door panel. They sent the wrong panel finish and want me to pay for return ship[ping. They will not reimburse return shipping costs and won't admit that ALL the panel finishes have the same part number listed on their webpage. If I could, I would give them ZERO stars!

I ordered the wrong part. To return I jumped through hoops, paid a considerable amount in shipping the part back, took too long to receive the refund which was reduced by a restocking fee. All in all a $142 transaction that should have been refunded sans initial shipping fee cost me $116. Not worth returning. Their return policy is terrible! I will never do business with this company again.
