I ordered because it said shipping that day & I would have by the 17th, but then when I checked for a shipping confirmation it still said processing. I'm happy to report I received by the date promised! Thank you for the supper fast shipping!

Everything about dealing with DAPPZ was perfect, unfortunately the replacement part did not fit my microwave. The RMA department was very helpful.

We ordered a part for our Samsung refrigerator. Waited ten days for it to arrive. When part arrived via UPS, flimsy box was crushed. They had no protective padding in the box whatsoever. The part they delivered was in a plastic bag with the correct part number on it. The part itself was the wrong part and did not appear to be new. We did send an email to the company and are awaiting a response. Either way the part is going back and we will expect a full refund. We will take our business elsewhere even if it will cost us more. Hard to believe a company in this day and age can operate like this.
