It would be nice if you would notify when a package ships and give them tracking number with an email. I had to log onto your sight and find it myself. It was not that easy. But the package still shipped out very quickly.

I ordered a $* mount and chose the FedEx shipping option($* and faster shipping). When I paid through Paypal, Dappz charged me $** for UPS ground which we all know takes longer. When I contacted their customer service they said it was my fault for not paying attention at checkout and also gave me some BS line about how all Parcel carriers are mandated to keep similar shipping times. I reordered the item and double checked all they asked and still it charges the most expensive and slow method of shipping. I sent an email with screen shots of the process and they ignored me. Also my item was less than a pound and they charged me $** for shipping, rip off. All I can say is that they're thieves and do this on purpose and no I will never shop here again or recommend them.

Only issue was that when I checked out I specifically requested that UPS was my preferred delivery method and my package came FedEx. Don't give buyers a choice if they really don't have a choice.

I ordered oven racks from a local replacement company (Marbeck) being assured the racks would arrive in 3-4 days. It is now 3 weeks later, and still no racks. With Thanksgiving in a week, and a cast of 30 coming for dinner, I need oven racks NOW! So gald to find dappz.com. I will be back!
Dappz only had one of the 2 racks I needed, so they ordered one from another vendor. I was very pleased with how quicjkly I received the oven rack from dqappz; the other rack took a few more days, arriving on the day before Thanksgiving - whew!:)

I had a problem setting up the account, but phone support answered immediately and fixed the issue.
I was surprised when I received the order (a refrigerator gasket) to find how intelligently it was packed - minimized distortion - and to receive a full page of instructions on how to straighten out the gasket and how to use a sealant and a lubricant to adhere it, to make sure it lasted longer than the first one!
Super company.
