Your site was not working with Google Chrome so not sure how many items I did order but I am only looking for 1 WE18M28.

I had trouble getting from the shipping screen to the purchase (credit card) screen. Had to try 6 times until it worked.
Parts received were new and correct, fit perfectly and solved my dishwasher's problem.

Dappz offered the part we needed for the lowest price (product + shipping). Time from order to ship was several business days, not expected and disappointing. Although we will likely order from Dappz again in the future, we will account for delayed time to shipping. Would suggest providing this estimate up front when orders are placed.

Order was placed with FedEx 2 day shipping option. Later found out closed for holidays and item was shipped UPS Ground. When contacted to inquire about shipping status, was told shipping was at the discretion of shipping.
