Had a great experience ordering and navigating through the website. Did not receive email confirmation but received part quickly. I provided my model number and received a part that DID NOT work for my washing machine. I contacted customer service and followed all the requirements to exchange the part. They informed me that my part was under $30($28.89) before taxes and shipping and it was to much of a problem to return! Also suggested I sell on EBay! You would think that it being "Genuine Replacement Parts" they could get the right part with a model number. Now because of their incompetence I'm out $30+ dollars! Don't waste your time. I didn't even want money back only exchange. Last picture is original part.
I bought a part for my mothers oven and they sent me the wrong part. It was too wide and not long enough. Then when I tried to return it for my refund they wouldn't give me a full refund wouldn't give me a shipping label. Altogether I would have been getting only a third of my money back. On top of that they tried to procrastinate and prolong my return so my sixty days would time out. Not trying to sound like a Karen here, but if you wanna save yourself the hassle and money just go to Sears or something.
So I'll start off with by saying that I had made a mistake on purchasing the wrong product. However when I had asked for help over the telephone and email, the lady was rude and non helpful. They didn't want to provide the the return label and wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager for assistance. Not only that but the website is not up-to-date with his pictures and product information. I had order several parts and was given the wrong part, therefore costing me extra money to return the parts back to them, so you lose money with little in return.
Rude and disrespectful. If you are going to have a bad day, do not take it out on your customers.
Horrible service - and a rip off! Ordered a grill and grease pan that was supposed to be OEM. Sent me a refurbished grill that was powdered coated so many times that the grease pan did not fit. Then they claimed that was the wrong part. I paid $62 in shipping to send it back - they took over 3 weeks to supposedly inspect the returned part. Fortunately I took great pictures of the items and how they were packaged and shipped. I finally got a partial refund after no less than 25 emails... I was ripped off - they misrepresented the fact that these were OEM and it cost me! Never again - stay away!
Ordered a part described as being for my model. Was wrong description and was charged restocking fee and no reimbursements for any shipping costs. Out over $20 for a $54 part.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The part I shipped came broken. Ok, that's a bummer but things happen. How they've chosen to handle making the situation right is beyond me. They require a plethora of information in order to "open a return on my behalf". Ok, its a pain but I got them all of the pictures and information they required. After that, they've continued to jack me around. Its been 7-8 emails of back and forth from multiple different people asking the same questions, be answering and then someone else obviously not having the info taking me down a different path. I find out after a week of back and forth that the return processing will take 75-180 days? They then tell me that even though I've sent them pictures they need the part back. This is after they said they're processing the return. Well, after I as told everything was good, I threw the broken part away. Now they are refusing to issue me a refund or even a replacement part. When I contact them, all I get is scripted responses copied from the last upset customer. Keep in mind this is for a $25 part. Why, when I contact you about a broken part can't you just ask me for pictures and send me a return label and be done with it? Why has this taken over a week of nonsense and now im screwed? I thought i was doing the right thing by going with a smaller company but should have just bought on amazon. Keep in mind this is for a $25 part.
Really happy with the glass replacement microwave tray that was ordered. I used the website to help identify the right part. I was a bit nervous because there wasn't a photo, but it arrived quickly and was the exact part I needed. Competitive price compared to other purchase options. Very happy with this purchase and delivery.
I Purchased an appliance replacement part. Returned it for a refund Got refund for all but the shipping charges. After several attempts to get the $6.99 shipping charge refunded I was refused. In this refusal process two of the business leaders responded. Their responses were condescending, arrogant, pampas and insulting. I requested an apology.

Respectfully, you do not understand our industry, nor the decisions that we make as a company to implement and enforce policy, so your business advice is most unwelcome to say the least. It is important for you to understand this, there will be no refund or unnecessary apology from Brian or any other representative of GRP. This will also be the final communication from GRP on this matter. Please do not expect a response on any platform you may choose to try and use to harass us any further. It is our belief that your behavior in this matter has been frivolous and time consuming.
I can not understand why you feel entitled to receiving a refund for the initial 6.99 shipping costs; however, we will not provide you with a refund for this cost of shipping. I also reviewed your support ticket and can affirm that our employees handled your refund and matter correctly.
Moreover, we have already devoted a sufficient amount of time to explaining why we do not refund initial shipping costs. At this time, there is unfortunately nothing more we can add to justify our decision. This will be our final communication on the matter.
As a result I have written a complaint to the following 7 consumer advocate groups
(1) BBB, (2) FTC, (3) Attorney General's office, (4) Business Consumer Alliance, (5) Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the local (6) Chamber of Commerce (7) Consumer Interest Organization
Easy to maneuver website; lots of selection. Order was shipped on time and delivered before original delivery date. Great experience
Easy to use site, quick delivery and fast customer service. Did not get a tracking email and got a response from customer service within 2 hours. Exact part I needed and got a good laugh at the end of purchasing from the warning. My husband said "the part looks like this just order one that's the same." The warning made me giggle.
Had to replace the control panel for or Whirlpool washing machine. The website had a great diagram to assist us in what to order and was easy to access. The part was delivered a day ahead of projected date of delivery. Packing was perfect! If ever in need of replacement parts again will be using this company.
They sent me a wrong part, I contacted them many times, no answer, this is a fraud, I am starting credit card dispute, this is why they don't take Paypal.
I had to order a new beater for my KitchenAid mixer. Found it on their site, ordered it, and was pleased that it arrived so quickly. Thank you!
Use Amazon. They have a much better customer service division and return policy. After a lengthy back and forth via email they informed me they do not accept returns under $30. Which is fine if they would communicated that policy when make the purchase. Their website is very deceiving, they give the allusion they accept returns but you better read the fine print. Very misleading
Was not same part as the OME. Company does not stand by product. Do NOT purchase from this company. Customer service not good!
The part arrived broken because there wasn't enough padding in the box. The part was able to bounce around inside and broke off chunks of plastic and bent the electrical connectors. Instead of immediately sending a replacement, they made me go through their claims process. Now it looks like the part is out of stock and who knows when I'll get the replacement.
Ordered a thermal fuse for a Kitchenaid oven - half cost that manufacturer quoted and it arrived in 2 days.
I ordered a part (they told me I needed). The part does not fit. I want to return it and they will not give me return postage. The part was 52 and shipping back is more than the cost of the part so I am stuck with it! Here are the details: I called the Genuine Replacement parts phone number to find the part number I needed to fix my stove. I have a Whirlpool Rf368LXMS model stove. They told me I needed a top element broil part number WP*******. I ordered the part from them and paid a total of 52.28. The item arrived and it is 4 inches too long, it is not even close to the correct size. I called the number to return it and sent 10 emails with the very specific information and photos they requested. I FINALLY got approval to send it back, at my expense. I wanted them to pay for shipping back but they refused. The UPS store was going to charge me $79 for shipping to return it, USPS told me it would be $64. I did not send it back because the shipping will cost more than the item. I am out $52.28 for absolutely nothing. The company is a scam. They told me what part I needed then sent it and stole $52.28 from me.
Received replacement grill element and controller. I replaced them both with ease. Package was great Will us Replacement part again if needed.
