I ordered a phone on Feb 12th. And got the package on May 12th. Three months! That was the slowest shipping I have ever experienced. I was not happy about it, but I accepted it. I ordered a phone bundle with case and screen protector. Both the case and the screen protector did not fit with the phone. I contacted the customer service and attached pictures as proof. They replied saying I ordered the case and screen protector for the wrong phone model. This makes no sense as I ordered them through the bundle package along with the phone. They refuse to give me a refund or send me the right case/screen protector, and said I ordered the wrong items. Later they said they would only give me half refund for the case, and no refund for the screen protector. The back and forth went on for more than three weeks, as their customer service only reply at most once per day. The entire process makes me feel like they were trying everything they can to refuse refund and to blame the customer. I shared my story to all my friends, and now warning everyone to stay away from geekbuying. In the last email they sent me, they asked me to come on this site and give them a 5 star review, then I would receive a 4% coupon code. What a joke...

One in June for Egreat A10 and one last August for Egreat A9.

So, my first experience in ordered from Greekbuying is good and on next orders I expected the same Service.
I encountered a problem with the gadget i ordered, but the after sale support were cooperative and refunded me the money. With quick and ease.
I ordered an Egreat A5 media player for USD 140 and I received a Vorke Z1 which costs USD 70. I reported the issue and I was asked for a lot of information I provided. I sent a lot of e-mail for a week and after I decided to escalate the issue to Paypal. Today I received a mail from Geekbuying said they were unable to identify if the Vorke was sent out by them (there is their own barcode on the box by the way) and they cannot do anything. After a half an hour Paypal made a decision and I will got a refund. The problem is I had to pay USD 60 import charges and I have to pay about USD 35 to send the wrong item back. This USD 95 will not be paid back, because the decision was made by Paypal and Geekbuying's return policy will not cover my extra costs... I'm 100% sure I will never order anything from them, this was the first and last time in my life!

What a useless customer service employee! Just wasted 1 hour of my time!
1) suggested wrong item to buy
2) trying to explain the difference between products without any knowledge of these products - at the end just said that there are not difference!
3) tries to get rid of the potential customer. In the middle of conversation tells that they have a meeting and we must end the conversation. Then after I asked to pass the conversation to more knowledgeable employee He/SHE says that it is a night time and no one is around! There come 4) Lying to customers!
5) Very unprofessional attitude and communication style
6) Just wasted 1h of my Time and still did not gave any answer - I wish I never started this conversation!
100% will never came back to this site where even customer service is lying to the customer -then I am very worried about description and quality of the products as it self!

I had a problem with my android tv. I contacted the support and sent the problem. They gave me a 50% refund. The support was very good and they answered all my mails quickly. I and my family will keep ordering from geekbuying the support is great and the service too

My husband had ordered a watch for me from this site for mother's day. When we received it, it was damaged. He accidentally deleted the email that had order # so i had been emailing support after sale team since the day i received the watch, also gave them the sticker that was on the box but they keep saying they need the order #. I keep telling them I do not have the order # but what other information do you need to give me refund and they keep circling back to order #. Now they are saying if its been a week, they will only do repair!~ I do not want to repair it, I want to return it and get my money back! Is that too much to ask since you sent me the damaged watch? Never buying from this place and will be sure to tell other people as well!~
I ordered the GPD Win, a small gaming computer, and was very excited to receive it.
However, after placing my order, it became very apparent that my apprehension to buy something directly from an Asian company was justified.
First of all, I paid $9.99 extra for a carry case to go with it and $5.99 for a screen protector, and did not find out until AFTER I made my purchase that it comes WITH a carry case and screen protector already.
When I emailed them the very same day to adjust my order, they told me it was impossible as they had already shipped it out.
Well this was obviously a total LIE because they provided me wrong tracking information not once, not twice, not THREE times but FOUR TIMES! Four times I was given the wrong tracking information. I had to call DHL to get the correct tracking information.
Not only that, but I paid $12.95 extra for 5-7 day shipping, and it still took a couple weeks to get it. I only found out later they did not ship out out until at least a week after they told me they did, and that it was impossible to change my order.
Once I received the items, the most important part, the computer itself seems great. HOWEVER! The accessories I spent good money on (carry case for $9.99, screen protector for $5.99), were total garbage. The zipper on the carry case broke the first time I tried to zip it closed. It was a cheap piece of garbage generic carry case like you'd seen on ebay for $2-3... and the screen protectors, BOTH of them, were BENT.
So all in all I paid an extra $28 for total garbage between the crap accessories and the faster shipping.
I would NOT recommend dealing with this company unless you are desperate.
I had a problem with my bluetooth speaker it could not connect to my phone thru bluetooth. I contacted the support and sent the problem. They gave me a 70% refund. The support was very good and they answered all my mails quickly. I and my family will keep ordering from geekbuying the support is great and the service too
I have bought several item from Geekbuying, and I am happy with the quality of their items.
And when there was an issue with an item, they responded both quickly and kindly.
I would buy from them again.
My first and last experience with them has been bad and when I've tried to solve my problems I've spent more than two weeks waiting and the solution couldn't be more unwise. They offered me a ridiculous discount (considerating I had paid 400 and I was thinking to spend another 400 in another smartphone just to compensate the price of the first one) but only if I gave them a 5 stars review here.
So, if you read good opinions here about geekbuying... is suspicious. You surely will find similar prices and the treatment will be better in other places.
You can see in the picture how they work. My english is not good but this is something like blackmaiking no? If you give five stars you will receive a reward,,, but if not they don't help you.
This is not the first time I buy from geekbuying. Their service is outstanding, I can provide with plenty of proofs.
