So I bought a new phone, using Geekbuying. The phone arrived with a broken screen. After 2 days of barely using it, the screen cracked completely so I sent it back. Upon sending it back, Geekbuying sent me a mail that there were scratches on the phone, and they sent me an unbelivabely vague picture of it. Because of the apparent scratches on the phone, they now blame me for the scracthes (some excuse about wrong packaging, when I even sent it back in the packaging they sent it in, so imagine how the screen arrived broken in the first place). After a bunch of arguing via mail, I cant seem to talk sense in to the person helping me. So now I am left with no phone, and a refund that isnt even big enough to cover my shipping cost, so Ive completely thrown away the money that my phone cost me.
This vague evidence, and bad customer service all lets me believe that I was scammed by this company. So my advice, dont use Geekbuying.

I normally dont write reviews but this site needs a review.
So I ordered a phone at Geekbuying.com and waited, after daily contact to the support, like a month for the package to arrive(I am living in Germany). I was happy when it arrived but I found a smashed, bad looking box inside of the package. When i opened up the box everything was already set up and it looked like the phone was already used.
Besides that, they sent the wrong dash charge adapter which already broke after 3 days, so I wasnt able to charge my phone properly. So I was trying to get the german dash charge adapter for my phone and started texting with the support via E-Mail.
After one week texting via E-Mail to an support man, whose english was like a 4 years old one, he finally told me that they will send me the original german dash charge adapter.
I was happy and thought that this is very kind of them. But after waiting about 2 weeks let this charge adapter ship, I opened the package and what did I see. The same old charge adapter with the german plug on the front, which I already owned and which broke after 3 days.
Dear Geekbuying.com, why dont you send me the original german (eu) dash charge adapter which is like one piece to charge my phone. If I use this small german plug sticked to the US adapter the whole thing will break again in some days and i will probably get an electric shock, which happened once before.
Sry but this isn't good customer service!
It took ages to wait for the support to answer me and they did not helped me... it is sad.

Will try again a last time if they can send the original dash charging adapter. If it doesnt work I will buy it by myself.
I AM DISAPPOINTED. I NEVER HAD SOO MUCH STRUGGLE WITH BUYING ONLINE! NEVER AGAIN AT GEEKBUYING!

Very fast delivery of goods, unfortunately I couldn't pick it up on time (customs duty problems with local DHL in Slovakia), the parcel was returned back to Hong Kong, Geekbuing refunded full price.

Recently I bought a protective glass for my smart phone. Although it came perfectly packed, during the transport it was bended and, logically, broken.
My order number was *******. I got in touch with aftersale support. In 24 hours I got a satisfactory answer from Una to solve my problem.
As I say in the title, buying at Geekbuying is safe and a good experience.

I bought a Oneplus 3T telephone from the Spain warehouse on 23/08/2017. The order has been processed quickly and the device has been sent to Ireland on 25/08/2017, I received the parcel on 30/08/2017.
The delivery process, including a day spent at custom checks, has lasted 5 days.
A good delivery time. The drawback is a very expensive courier fee (26.00 Euro for Ireland) and the tracking is not updated in real time. By the way, the customer service replied always within the next day, so I am very happy with it.
At the present time I am also waiting from a delivery from China warehouse for an order made on the same day. Still no tracking info since 28/08/2017. I am used to order stuff from Chinese websites and so far I always had reliable tracking numbers in a few days from China or NL Post. A bit disappointed.
This is my first time ordering from Geekbuying, and I am glad I decided to place an order with them. When I first placed my order, I accidentally mis-entered my zip code and promptly emailed their service team. Grace was very kind and helpful, assuring me that the zip code was changed and that I would get an email when the order was sent out. I was concerned that it might delay processing, but she made sure that my order would not be delayed (even given priority) and got it shipped out as soon as the phones arrived at the warehouse.
I chose the DHL Express shipping option and wow! Not only did Geekbuying process my order within the 2-7 days that they guarantee, but DHL got my cell phone to the US from China in just 2-3 days!
I ordered the Xiaomi Mi Mix (6 GB RAM edition) and it came exactly how I expected it to, with all the accessories (including the case) and for a great deal, too. It came with Global ROM installed (as advertised) with Google Play as well. My T-Mobile SIM card worked perfectly with 4G LTE coverage as soon as I inserted it.

I placed my first order with them a month ago and chose DHL expedited shipping (extra shipping fees).
For DHL they promised around 5 business days for shipping...
Oh, how naive I was to believe in these unicorns...
Guess what?! After one month I contacted them back to ask about the whereabouts of my package. A part of it was sent with a Chinese shipping service (SF-Express), and not DHL, as I chose and paid for!
This partial order is lost in the mail - I didn't get it and the tracking number says it's been in Spain for 2 weeks, just sitting here... somewhere.
The second part of the order wasn't even shipped!
Only when I contacted them repeatedly they told me it wasn't shipped and the products are not available any longer, so I should chose something else.
Needless to say, they didn't mention which products were sent and which weren't - Geekbuying just doesn't care about you.
I wonder, what would have happened if I didn't ask about the package?
Geekbuying doesn't give a rat's aas about you... for them, you're just another customer that's going to get lured by good prices and end up being scammed!
I required a refund and I'm committed to wage war against these scammers. The world needs to be aware of their practices!
I'll contact the Spanish Customer Protection Agency to file an official complaint. I wonder what they'll have to say about their tax evasion: all packages are taxed at $20 and declared as 'chargers', no matter what you buy.
Don't buy from them, don't recommend them, don't make another potential customer lose their money!

I have made several orders before for me and friends and always the products were well-packed and in perfect condition. On my last order I had a problem with customs and although we exchanged many mails with the help-center we finally reached a good agreement. I would recommend the site, as I have done to the past again!
