The site was very warmly recommended to me by my brother-in-law living in Paris.
I am in Greece and ordered two items (TV box and mobile phone). I sent an inquiry after a week from my order to check why I had no confirmation of dispatch and I received an immediate confirmation that the TV box previously in shortage was now in stock and and because the phone was still in shortage, I got offered an upgrade for the phone at no extra cost. I am now expecting the delivery, but the exchange was very fair and satisfactory-Extra bonus for the fact that I got immediate response in my three emails, including confirmation for no extra cost of the exchange. Got wrong charger when ordered some stuff in GeekBuying but after first contact with support team issue was resolved. I've bought converter at local shop and got refund for that.

After going back-and-forth on the issue for more than a year, and subsequently getting a repaired tablet back, which was damaged, I will report that in the end GeekBuying provided a refund of half the purchase price of the tablet. I was agreeable to the offer and accepted. The amount was refunded and the matter has reached a satisfactory conclusion.
Sad to report, my one and only experience buying from this outfit was, is, a real drag, total nightmare that has been dragging on for more than a year!
They have had the Teclast X-98 Pro I bought in April '16 for more than a year now. I returned it to them in May '16. They have kept the money for the purchase, just giving me the TOTAL runaround. Where the heck can I share the story? And this last part is just the tip of the iceberg in having had to deal with these folks in the last year. Avoid them, is my advice. Here's a copy of some of the recent exchanges, as I await trying to get--will I ever?--getting a table back from them that I mailed back--at my expense--MORE THAN ONE YEAR AGO!
They told me in February the table was repaired--yes, seven months!--and wanted to mail it to me then. As soon as I returned home from overseas travel I emailed, gave my address info to them and told them they could mail it to me. OK, about a week later, they send a form, asking for the info I had already given them about my address! The exact same info that I had already mailed to them!

I just checked that number. Today is June 13, that number says it is 'prepared', 'being prepared' whatever the heck that means. And doesn't say anything about it being addressed to anyone... maybe nothing is being sent... that's my guess. The number says 'prepared, preparing' as of June 4... hahaha... THAT IS NINE (9) DAYS AGO.

You keep the buyer's money, and keep the tablet that was returned MORE THAN ONE YEAR AGO for replacement, repair, refund--I even asked for just credit and would have been satisfied with that. Look at the record. But no, you keep the money and don't give the customer anything...

6 months ago I bought a meizu m3s, after failing the fingerprint sensor and the screen contact the aftersale support, after sending them 2 videos with the problem they requested to send it to repair, I sent it and they it returned correctly repaired, it has taken About 2 months but the wait to be worth it.

I am in South Africa, I bought a Xiaomi Note 4 from GEEKBUYING in June 2017 and paid $190
Initially they said it was out of stock, I had to wait, then after 3 weeks they offered me another phone the Xiaomi 4X and a free gift, which I accepted.
After waiting 2 months the only thing in the package was a screen protector and silicon cover worth $3.
I have sent at least 25 emails to all their departments, they flat ignore me.
Beware these people are crooks
I´m a big fan of Xiaomi smart devices and Geekbuying is a "must". Fast deliveries to Spain and a customer service that takes care.
Customer service very good answered all my questions quickly and professionally highly recommended.

Ive contacted costumer support before making my purchuase to ask them if they had stock of what i bought after paying they told me they didnt have any stock and they wont give me a refound unless i want to wait a month for them to do it.

I used GeekBuying to purchase a cell phone (ZTE Nubia Z17 order *******) which arrived with Chinese ROM. I contacted GeekBuying and they offered to refund me. And so they did!
The only think that they have to work on, is time, they have to be faster.It took a long time.

Hi I purchased a couple of multi media boxes on the 4/08/2017 from this shower and paid extra for DHL delivery within 5 days the goods didn't arrive until the 21/08/2017, in addition I had to pay an additional import duty fee of £17.00 and when the units did arrive one was clearly faulty.
I contacted their after sales team via email and was asked to take pictures and a video if possible and send these to them, which I did straight away, I have now received the following email.

Sorry about the problems you get, and please return this defective item to us,
We will replace a new one for you if there is no scratch or damage on the appearance.
Please back up or delete all: data, pictures, contacts, software or other information that is contained on the Product prior to shipping to the Authorized Service Provider and remove any PIN, Password or any other functions that are blocking access to device. We are not responsible for any lost data or other information.
About the shipping, please pay attention to the following:
1. Send back the item WITH the original box, cables & charger
2. Choose the cheapest regular airmail with tracking number ( NO DHL, NO UPS or other fast shipping, as it's very hard for us to do the clearance in HK custom( not as easy as your country) and it will take 2 weeks or even longer to plus the high tax).
3. Please print the attached authorized paper out and fill in the information ( ORDER NUMBER & the problems),
4. Pack the item carefully with bubble and make sure it wont be damaged during the shipping, declare the package as "Gift " and value under $30 if you can.
For items needed to be refunded, there should be no scratch or any damage on the appearance, or else GeekBuying has to charge customers 20% of the item amount for restocking.
5. Inform us the tracking number after you send and we will inform you when it arrives.

My response is simple I will contact my credit card company and make an official complaint to get my monies returned and my best advice never ever consider purchasing Anything from this company Ever!
Pre-sales support is great! They'll tell you everything you want to hear until the actual sale. After that, you will wait 10+ days before your order even processes and then if you should ever have problems, such as defective merchandise, you will wait even longer before they respond to your emails or give you a refund. Stay away from this company!
Update: I placed my order on July 28 and paid for expedited shipping. After a week (August 4,2017), I asked for an update on the shipping and they informed me that it had not been shipped yet, but would ship that day. The package did not actually ship until August 7,2017. What is the point of paying for an expedited order? I received my package 5 days later only to discover that it was defective. I notified them of this and was told to send it back using the slowest airmail option, which was still $60. They informed me that they could only cover about $20, which is contrary to what is stated on their website. Their site states they will cover all shipping for defective merchandise. I'll come back to this later. After 19 days, the package was finally delivered (confirmed) to their local post office on September 3,2017. For just a little more money, I could have sent it as Priority or Express and not had to wait 19 days. I contacted them again and they told me they would pick it up that day. 10 days later, I contacted them for an update and they told me they still had not picked up the package, but would contact their office that day. They finally confirmed that they had the product and had sent it to their warehouse for a packing check. They informed me they would send a refund soon. 7 days later, after not hearing from them, I contacted them yet again and asked for an update. They have now informed me I should have a refund for my original purchase amount within 48 hours. All of this entailed numerous online chats and emails, which usually took 48 hours or longer to respond. Remember the $60 I spent on shipping? They are not crediting me that amount or any portion of it. I am out of pocket $60 after nearly 2 months for a defective product that was sent back a month ago. DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKBUYING! I have been told Gearbest.com is a better option.
They shipping late, u will pay always customs.
Support is always full and u will receive response after long time even message what looks like from automat machine.
But that is just beginning. After u will pay all taxes and after 30 days u will receive package, there is big chance u will get defective or broken item with some scratches. So what if its happened to you?
So, there isnt many chances u will get something, if u dont live in china, cause u must pay shipping back and if u will select repaired phone, so expect about 30 dollars for 90 dollars customs and u will be still lucky if that phone will last atleast a week.
2 phones from 2 orders was defective or with some little issues.
I warning you. Dont buy anything from them.
