I ordered a smart phone from geek buying first they told me that it will be shipped in 2-7 days.
They shipped on 11-08-2017 but even after a week there is no tracking information available anywhere.
They promised me tracking information update in 48 to 72 hours but even after a week nothing.
I would never buy from geek buying again and won't let any of my friends buy from them

They make you pay an extra fee for customs, shippment and other paxes. Almost 200 UNOTICED that they overcharged me. Sue them and do not buy from them ever again

I bought a smartphone, brand Leeco le max 2, and it arrived in about 45 days. I can always track the shipment. When the phone came to my hands, unfortunately had a problem with the fingerprint sensor (I really do not use that sensor). Geekbuying helped me solve the problem (I got a money back). I purchased a fitness tracker watch on this website. First, they refused to accept my payment unless I sent them photos of my passport and the front and back of my credit card. This is obviously a huge red flag for financial scammers. I refused, and they said they would accept my payment if I left them a false positive review online. Again, I refused, and they sent it anyway. When it arrived, although the envelope did not appear damaged, the watch was broken and unusable. It was likely sent out like this, so quality control is severely lacking at Geekbuying. I took a photo and reported it immediately to Geekbuying, requesting a refund, as their return policy clearly states "1. Please immediately send some images about package and defective items to our service people. 2. After confirmation, we will resend you a new replacement or give you a total refund.". Geekbuying refused, telling me to have it repaired with my own money at a local shop. When I said that was unacceptable, they offered a $10 refund (the watch cost $39.99, plus $7.54 for shipping) if I paid to send it back to their warehouse (which, given international shipping, would cost more than $10). This is despite the fact that their return policy clearly states "GeekBuying will be in charge of the returning Shipping fee if it is the DOA item, and after we receive the returned package we will send out the new replacement by our expense or refund you." This was the worst online buying experience of my life, and I would caution everyone else to avoid these scammers! Buy from a trusted seller like Amazon or ebay that protects buyers from scams like this.
I purchased Jumper laptop on 29 April 2017 and shipped on 3 May 2017. I have been following up my parcel via email to the Geekbuying. They respond within 24 hours. I appreciated there quick response. Until 14 August 2017, it was confirmed by local post office manager the parcel has not arrived and I shared the case to Geekbuying. Within 24 hours, I received email of refund. The sales from European warehouses, like Spain, Italy, Germany etc. are misleading. They give the false impression that the phones and other devices are sold in Europe, so within the European Union, and that they would therefore not run the risk of being taxed with VAT and import duties.
However, when one checks the invoice the join with the item, it says as country of both origin AND shipment, CHINA!
Imagine if one buys something in Italy and has it shipped to Spain, what risk and possible trouble that would be when customs officers see that.
The page where one buys the product does not specify that one runs this risk.
They upped the prices though (which are far higher than buying directly from China, as if the taxes were included.
The phones also do not have at least an English user instruction. All is in Chi nese and one just has to guess what to do, as the software is not up to date and will not function unless one figures how to update it.
Obviously this way you can also forget any 'European level' warranties for that price. They do offer at the end some sort of insurance and some sort of return warranty against an extra fee.
Upon asking them, they confirmed that the customer will run the risk of being taxed and they hide behind some small print on a different page, but who would check that if he thinks that it comes from Europe?
If you buy from China itself, you get the same at a far lower price and the same risk!

Have you read their responses in 'English'? Well it is often even worse when they communicate by email. How can they provide any proper CS if their English is so poor?
It is also strange that this poor 'English' is also displayed by many of their customers giving them 5 star reviews here and elsewhere.
Recently I recivied a xiaomi earphones, but It doesnt work. Inmediatly I contacted with Geekbuying and they gave me solutions: refund or replace.
It is a seriuos company, I recommend it.

Okay, so I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Pro on the 24th of July 2017. And I honestly have been impatient to receive it. I live in Canada, and I chose the 'Registered Airmail', they are shipping my order through SF Express. And I'm freaking out because I've already paid via PayPal and I've been reading the reviews... so my order might come within a few days and appear to be fine, or it might come after a longer wait and turn out to be DOA (which according to customer reviews has happened.) What I don't understand is if they're using an Express service to deliver the item why is it taking this long? Even though SF Express says that a parcel from Hong Kong to Canada should take 5-6 business days. I'm really crossing my fingers on this order... and I hope my money doesn't go down the drain. So if GeekBuying, you decide to read this, please get me in contact to SF Express and tell me exactly where my parcel is... because 'In transit to country of destination' is not at all satisfying.
So I humbly request you to help me out.
I got what I ordered within estimated delivery time, even though they had some problems with their shipping agent. European warehouses is a big advantage. No hassle with taxes and quick delivery.

I bought a GPD pocket --- GOT IF AFTER 20 DAYS --- and the device is defective or fake.
I sent an E-Mail to ask for a refund (within 7 days) and i don't get responds from them.
Also, they don't approve bad reviews on their site so customers can only see the good reviews.
