I ordered a Mele F10 Air Mouse from, Geekbuying.com, which arrived promptly. I wasn't as diligent as I should have been about checking its performance, and the time limit for returns and refunds had passed when I discovered some anomalies with the keyboard. But even though the time limit had expired, they offered a substantial refund on the purchase. I'll be ordering a replacement from them in the next day or so. Also, contrary to some of the other reviews, my e-mail messages were answered promptly and responsively.
Three orders so far. I've a problem with one product but I contacted the aftersale support and they were very attentive and helpful.
I received an very good support with the Live Chat from te agent, he helped me with all my questions. Very prestative person. Now just need to wait my item arrives!
I ordered a Smartphone and unfortunately did not see that it was just a preorder. As I need my new Smartphone as soon as possible I tried to cancel my order. I wrote 3 emails till now, the first one just a few hours after my order. On their Website they write that its possible to cancel orders in an early stage. The preorder is shipping in 10 days from now. I think that is the definition of an early stage. A reliable online shop would let me cancel my order no questions ask. At least a reply from their customer service would be nice. (Order Number #*******)
Edit: in the end cancellation was possible, response of costumer service was quite slow though.
Geekbuying is a scam. They don't respond to customer emails.
They are doing disgusting templates copy paste for customer complaints. Also, they are interfering on the product review, allowing only 5 star and good reviews on product page. On other ******* I gave 1 star and they stopped it appearing on the product review page. Their live chat did not work. I opened a dispute on PayPal 30-Oct-17(case id: PP-006-204-487-213 and Transaction ID: 32T*******NP*******S). They didn't bother to reply to it till the date so irresponsible. They got a team to close the true nature and failures of geekbuying on social media.
I feel their success ratio is 30%. The rest 70% they are lying.
If you have enough money and time to waste on them you are free t buy from the geekbuying team. Remember, just to save few bugs, don't choose mental agony.
Really efficient customer service. I had a problem with a defective product, and it was fixed in no time. Recommended.
Teclast x98 plus 2 tablet pc with good features. Optionally a linux ubuntu or mint operating system would be desirable. Delivery took its time, but was fine. Key for win 10 was not valid. It was sent in a day but a new, very good. All best, gladly I buy here again.

I bought an item that was around 7 dollars and found out I didn't need it anymore after it got sent. I tried to contact company to return the item only to be told it would have to be sent back to where it came from in Singapore and I would have to pay for the shipping back which would cost me double the amount I paid for it. Never had this problem with any other online market. Hopefully will never have a need to buy from this place again. Also didn't care for the subtle cheeky response I got from customer service when I told them I didn't want the item.
Note in response to the response from GeekBuying: This was a quote from the last email you sent: If there has no problem we can not pay you the return shipping fee, also we can not give you the pre-paid labels.
So, yeah, giving you my order number isn't going to change what you said in response. You stated you wouldn't pay for the shipping back as I stated in my original review.

I see that most people here have positive experiences of Geekbuying. And I understand that when everything works out good it is positive. But not so when the product delivered show up as DOA (dead on arrival). That happened me with a fairly expensive item worth about US$ 230 from Geekbuying.
Ok, after a long delay with videos that proofed my case, they acknowledged that they should pay back my money. Also the freight costs of the return, on slightly more than US$35 for the cheapest way of transportation. I also claimed for the quite unessecary customs costs of US$ 27, as the item sent, was faulty from the beginning.
Ok, long story short. After 20 emails to them and back, I finally got my money for the item and had many struggles to get back only a part of the freight costs. They had initially fully agreed upon those, but when it came to reality, they did not want to pay more than just over half of it. US$ 20 insted of 35.
So after a long wait for the item, and then after that, also more than a month of struggling I lost US$ 42 on this business with Geekbuying. For nothing!
I understand that people are positive when things go right, so also for me, but when it works out wrong, there are better companies to deal with. I have much better experiences with both Banggood.com and DX.com. And yes, it has gone wrong in some of their businesses too, but they treated their little customer much better.

We purchased a tablet from the website 'cos of the competitive rates. The item was defective and we had to sent it back to them. They sent us a new tablet and refunded us the cost of the registered mail. It took a while but everything was eventually settled. Would buy from them again. Thanks so much :)!

Because items ordered are overseas it does take awhile to receive. Packages are nicely secured and they were even able to refund me the difference when asked if they happen to lower the price of an item. Highly recommended online retailer.
Yes it is true that I have receive a faulty Xiaomi product but the refunding process is easier and faster than I thought. I told the support named Bella what had happened to my item and she arranged full refund to me after two email communications.

Do not trust these. They deliver defective merchandise and then do not want to pay you back.
