Se lo comunique solicitando un adaptador, su respuesta fue realizarme una devolución de 5 para que yo mismo, e inmediatamente, pudiera comprar uno de calidad. Una solución rápida y perfecta.

I had bought a mini-pc recently. Upon receiving I faced some issue with its power adopter. The matter was raised Aftersales Customer Service Representative Ms Elaine. She was prompt is resolving the issue. It was Customer Delight service.
I am really happy with the product.

I bought two lamp bulbs. They did not send the exactly same model so i told then what happened and they refunded me right away!

More than 100 days have passed and I still do not receive this order *******. I claim to Geekbuying and they do not give me solution

Had brought few items from this company and has been great. Once I had a problem with a item I received which was delt well by the after service team. Would recommend this website. If you don't need something in a hurry then you can find some good bargain here

I ordered a phone in December and a tablet in January. They have never been delivered and their customer service always tries to find excuses but never resend nor reimburse them.

Avoid this company. I returned a phone as per their instructions. They received it in December and by March they have still not refunded my money and are not responding to emails.

Don't buy from geek buying! Avoid this online shop! My cell phone was broken after 2 months operation. I have sent many emails to after sale department but nobody answered! I don't have cell phone and they don't care about that. They steal my money and they don't care after the purchase. They give one year guarantee but does not exist.

Purchased a Xiami Mi Laptop 700EUR - what arrived was an empty box so this is complete online fraud. The retailer was a YI LIN of Bantain. There is no customer service - I am hoping I get a refund from PayPal or Amex. Avoid this company.

Thanks to the Bank of the West I have a complete refund. No thanks to Geekbuying.com who does not return emails or offer refunds or honor warranties. Save yourself some grief, Don't do business with Geekbuying.com. If you do, go through your bank, not PayPal who was no help at all.
