They will take 10-15 days to ship out your order, Big chance that it will be the wrong item. The wrong item you recieve is always cheaper then what you pay for, Sometimes you will get a partial refund and pay for the item you did not order.
To get a refund you will have ship out the product back to them and pay for any shipping damage that might occur. This will take over a month

I've reached out to the vendor the day I received it. No word. Next day, reached out to geekbuying after sales support. No response.

1. From power on, to the windows login is almost 50 seconds. Maybe I can take that, but the fact that the screen is blank for more than 30 seconds is bad. I tried to reset windows but after a long wait it complains it cannot reset the system.

2. I want to enter bios setup, but if I press escape or any of the function keys after powering on, nothing happens, just blank empty screen. And it's indefinite.

I bought various products from Geekbuying and I always felt good, good products at good prices. I had problems with a TV Box, I contacted the post purchase assistance that were very fast and professional and they solved the problem. I recommend this site of purchase both for the products and for their assistance.

I had a problem with an android phone I purchased being an unlucky malfunction, when I contacted them bout the problem they gave me all the information about the shipping. After having sent the shipping and giving them the tracking there was a period of time where I didn't hear back from them which drove me to contact them, when they confirmed they had it. The repair was quick and the phone was sent off quickly however I didn't receive my tracking number until I myself sent an email. They have very good customer service that are quick to answer however (probably due to the bulk of orders) you will have to check up on your repair as they wouldn't reach out first.

NOW THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE PHONE FROM REPAIR I HAVE NOTICED NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY FIXED AND THE PROBLEM HAS PERSISTED WITH MY FRONT CAMERA.IT SEEMS THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO REPAIR MY PHONE. I WAS THE UNLUCKY BUYER THAT RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FIX IT.

Wery good prices and fast delivery, I had a problem with goods buyed, problem resolved in 48 hours:-)

If you are a lucky person, probably GeekBuying is the best site where buy, but if you are not so lucky, maybe amazon is a better choice.

Few months ago, I bought three android tv box mecool m8s pro w for 32.66 each, but unfortunally one of them has decided to stop to work despite I used it only two or three times, maybe the device is faulty.

After some questions on the issue, the customer service has offered me, first 10 and then an half price refund (16.33), alternativly they asked me to send them the tv box to repair it. Ok, I want a working box, I want to ship the tv box in order to be repaired:
- where? In China even if I bought it from the Italian warehouse. Why in china? I'm in EU, EU has strict rules about warranty, but Geekbuying has its own rules.
- how? GeekBuying has reqested to ship with the cheaper untracked available shipment, probably in this way it can get lost easly

Honestly I accepted the half price refund but GeekBuying has cheated me, I paid 16.33 for an unwanted ornament. Personally I'll never buy from Geekbuying and I'll reccomand the same to all.
