Superb service!

I've ordered numerous products from this store and never had any problems so far. The customer support is excellent and very flexible, the shipping was done fast with a priority shipment, which always arrived in around 2 weeks.
The prices are the lowest out there compared to the similar stores.
Will continue to buy from here, highly recommended!

Do not buy from them if something comes in damaged or not working they will screw you. I ordered a laptop from them it came in damaged. I filled out a support ticket the day it came in. They only respond to one email a day and tell me that they will send me a new laptop once they receive the old one. So I say ok where do I need to send it. They always reply please be patient. I just need an address. I have been doing this for a month now.

Guys; Seriously... KEEP AWAY FROM GEEKBUYING.COM! I ordered a cell phone for $425.00 US Dollars and I was very happy when they send me a track number in less than 5 days. Unfortunately, the phone they sent me was a Use/refurbished/returned one! I was Stoned when I opened the package to find out that the phone was not new and that some accessories where missing (screen protector, power adapter), and the phone was already setup by the previous owner! When you turn ON a new phone, you are supposed to si the Welcome Screen right? The cables are dirty and scratched, the inner box was unsealed and scratched as well. I sent a message to Customer service at GB, they answer 2 days later saying that they can't find my order number and saying that it looks like I bought the phone somewhere else, etc. Then I sent them a copy of the invoice and then they admitted that the phone came from their warehouse. It have being impossible for me to return the phone, because they do not want the phone back and never tell me the return address or instructions for me to return the phone. Today they sent me a message offering me $20 bucks for the mistake and saying that the phone was open at the warehouse to tested. That is B. S...! I already Contacted eCommerce.gov and they will review the case and will contact the Chinese Authorities to investigate mine and other complaints that they already have about this online scammers! If you don't want to lost your money and time, KEEP AWAY FROM GEEKBUYING.COM

My Chuwi stylus suddenly stop working after a few weeks... I reported it to Geekbuying customer support, also including a short video showing the problem. They took action and shipped a new stylus to me. Right now, I am a very happy customer, using the new stylus on my tablet.:-)

Bought One-Netbook One Mix Yoga mini PC from them in late June (Order# *******) Found a problem with defective charger, overheating, and constant freeze with device shut down by itself several times. My last draw was that when it wont start and the screen shows info. With error code, that PC has a hardware malfunction and need to be return to the manufacturer. I contacted Geekbuying After Sales right away (attached photo which shows exact problem) but no response until a week after simply saying, Kindly please try to reboot it. If you have another charger, please change it to have the item in fully charged. Any news, please keep us informed... well, the charger never worked from the start and i guess they are probably aware of that. This is a device over $450! And i think that they are trying to avoid dealing with any problem/return. Now, i fear that they are dragging my return request to fall out of their 2-weeks full refund period and it worked. It is now 17days already. If you get a device that is working, luck is with you, but if it does not, please just be prepared for a customer service nightmare and several months i can see for me to fight over a refund.

Bought a FeiyuTech A1000 gimbal - initial shipping cost was $33. 51. 3 days after ordering got an email saying that according to DHL where I live in New Zealand was a remote location so I would either have to pay $32 extra shipping or use a different shipping method. I chose to use the alternative shipping which took 13 days to arrive after initial delay of about 6 days to ship (item was meant to be in stock and ready to ship immediately). Once it arrived I found the package was missing 2 batteries so I contacted their support desk - after 5 days got a response telling me to check the package carefully. Still waiting for a further response 2 days after replying to their "suggestion". Will not be using again

After posting this review got the following email from them:

"Thank you for email and sorry for our delay reply.
Could you please send me the pictures of what you have received and the picture of the machine number.
And kindly please delete your negative review. We will do our best to help you after confirmation.
Thanks again for your understanding and cooperation."

No I will not be removing my negative review - just because after you receive a negative review you decide to try and address one of the aspects in the review does not mean the review as originally posted is incorrect, and to delete or amend it means I am complicit in deceiving potential customers. Also for the cost to buy 2 re-chargable batteries myself I cannot be bothered going through what no doubt will be a long winded process taking weeks or months during which time I would have bought the batteries myself anyway to enable me to use the gimbal to its full potential

I ordered a couple of Android TV boxes which didn't do what I wanted them to and returned them within a couple of days. I went through the normal return procedure and got all the paperwork correct, I had the items returned to them at great cost given that they needed returning to Germany. Contacted them several times and although pleasant ineffective. Sent proof that someone at Geekbuying had signed for receiving the return but they claimed not to have received them.

After a bad one star review in Sitejabber they seem to have found the items and refunded the items in full. They asked to give them a good review but I can't as the process was still appalling and aggravating.

I have long history with them, since they ware not famous in the Europe and Worldwide, and have more than 50 orders from their website. In the beginning everything was perfect, last two year is every purchase became problematic - either they dont send tracking number 20 days until i get pissed of and write a e-mail, and then the send tracking number that is not working for another 2-3 day - which proofs that they keep selling and ship only after inquiry from the buyer. This all reminds me of similar sellers like "Antelife.com" that just ceased to exist at some point. Now evan the "Europen" warehouse after buying takes 15 days and still nothing. I evan got E-mail appology saying that they dont have item in stock, after which i asked for refund. And fourth day after my request for refund still no further respond from them.
--So take good care and think twice before ordering from them.--

A long story short ~(7 months) my TV box had to be repaired after 2 months.
I had to pay for shipment to China (weird) to have the box repaired.
After repair it was shipped to a weird address in Canada by GeekBuying.
According to GeekBuying after many many email inquiries the TV box was destroyed by customs (weird).

As compensation by GeekBuying I was offered ~40% of the purchase only

I am now (again, many many emails) asking for a 100% refund as I shouldnt have to split the loss due to a business error, right?

Very frustrating...
I had to pay shipping cost for repair
I took GeekBuying ~8 weeks to repair
GeekBuying shipped the repaired unit back to a weird address
After ~ 7 month GeekBuying claim the box was destroyed by customs in Canada ( post office tracking doesnt indicate that it was destroyed!)
Now I have to share GeekBuying business risk?

These conditions are not part of the small letters!
GeekBuying is having a insurance to claim
All still in warranty period!

How to escalate this issue so I can get my full refund?

Any suggestions are very much appreciated?

My recommendation for what its worth:
Find a North America based seller and avoid a Chinese. Its better to communicate, no endless shipping time, they dont change rules on you in time when it is convenient for them, proper escalation processes, etc

I wanted to buy a Huawei phone not sold in the U.S. They were never able to confirm the purchase and they also held the money in the meantime. Stay far away. Don't buy from China!

The store do not respect the customers

I have ordered an Tronsmart Element mega speaker and I received it at 26 June after a long waiting but when I opened the package I saw the bottom of the speaker deformed and I put it to charge and the speaker do not retain charges and it's impossible use. After I contacted the support team they refuse to send me a new one to replace the speaker who arrived dead, I sent photos and video
Proving the defect.

They offered me 20 usd since I paid $ 49.98.

Im really frustrated with this store and I can't recommend it to anyone.
