I ordered a Global version of a phone, got sent the Chinese version, after a week of email exchange I sent the phone back (so far have not been reimbursed for the shipping costs) and got refunded on my initial purchase.
This has not been a pleasant experience in any way for me.
A few days passed after my purchase and several very bad things have happened:
* I have found out that the phone I bought is actually the Chinese version of it, while I was purchasing the Global version
* The support stopped responding as soon as I told them that. Beforehand they were very quick and responsive while I was positive
* The phone started showing concerning signs like WiFi not working, not being able to download from Google Play Store, apps crashing.
* The support does not respond to any of my emails now and I'm starting to think I will be stuck with this not working properly device which is not what I ordered
Be very wary of what you buy and what you receive. I hope my issues get resolved and I get a replacement device which is truly the Global (or EU/UK version) as very soon I think I will have to stop trying to make this work and move on to another phone. If so, I would never consider buying from this seller again.

I bought a new phone this week. Delivered for 2 days, with plastic case and glass protector. All that for the lowest price I could find online anywhere. I also asked for a UK charger and their customer service responded very quickly.
Overall, truly a 5 stars experience and cannot recommend enough!
I sent them an email because I was afraid they would delay sending... and they quickly forwarded the post code.
I recently purchased an Binai tablet which, over a period of some weeks, did not operate entirely as expected. Geekbuying were patient and helpful throughout this period and even though I elected not to return the tablet, they provided a partial refund.
Ordered a phone, waited 6 weeks but didn't get anything. Contacted customer service to ask the exact adress to which the parcel was sent (I changed the shipping adress shortly after ordering) but for some reason they are not able or willing to provide me with shipping details, even after multiple requests. However, I did got a full refund and was able to order my phone elsewhere. In the end I am left with mixed feelings but since I got my money back I am positive about the company and would consider shopping here again.

Do not buy from them if something comes in damaged or not working they will screw you.
They always reply please be patient.

It was quiet easy to contact the support and the team replied within hours, so my refund was proceeded really quick. My money was back on my bank account within a few business days.

I ordered a mobile phone and forgot to add my adress in english. I sent an email to customer service who replied in less than 48 hours and we got all correct.
DO NOT ORDER. I bought a phone and it was sent with an incorrect address. Street was missing on label and could not be delivered, so it was returned to sender. I contacted customer service who advised that they will advise their drop ship location to fix the address. VERY OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NO SUCH THING AND MY PARCEL WENT BACK AND FORTH, STILL WUTH THE WRONG LABEL. NOW I SEE IT WAS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS IN NSW. VERY BAD SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIEFS!

Even its holiday season everything went smooth with my order shipped on time. No delays and good communication with customer support service
First order, I didn't have any problem and I received the product I ordered normally.
But for the 2nd order I have never received the products. After many emails to explain the situation and after giving the proof (of my local post) that they weren't able to locate the parcel, I was starting to lose patience.
However, Jennifer was very understanding and helpful and she agrees to make a refund of the products at the end. Thank you Jennifer for all your help and understanding.
I didn't give 5 stars just because it took sometime ( about 7 months to be refunded) but as soon as Jennifer deals with this matter, she did the right thing to do. Thanks a lot Jennifer and thanks GeekBuying for your products.

By making my first purchase, I wanted at all costs to have it within a maximum of 7 days because I was very excited to have it and test it. I chose delivery by DHL according to the cost displayed, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive an email to inform me that the cost of delivery is not the same and that I must pay up to 32 $ for delivery to be made by DHL. I finally opted for free shipping and a refund that I'm still waiting for.
All the drunk that I had to have my article completely disappeared and I told myself that I should have opted for a purchase in my country. I do not know when I will receive my article, I wait. Although there are plenty of electronic items that I expected to buy through this site. But...
I gave up on a purchase and was answered quickly, very efficiently and on time, I will certainly make a new purchase in the future.

I am now a happy new user of a smartphone. Minor suggestion about the shipping: the smartphone was delivered in a large envelope, no case as expected, but the item wasn't broken.
As to the smartphone purchased, it fits the description and I am thrillled, unboxing has been fine so far, I think I will need time to adjust to Xiaomi smartphone, I used to have an IPhone. However, on Amazon.fr, it is much cheaper and I can't understand that even with the friendly coupon and the free shipment, it is still more expensive on Geekbuying, but the successful experience with your business is worth it. I bought a TV box Vorke Z6 plus and it did not connect to wifi. After some weeks it did not even turn on. It was faulty and I tried to return it but they pulled my leg with different answers as to who would pay the shipping costs.
I decided to save my time and threw it away. I lost my money and my patience so I did not want to wast any more time (5 months of correspondence back and forth without getting anywhere was more than enough)
