This is the suggested E-Shop site from Smartphone manufacturer Ulefone (http :// ulefone.com/ buy. Html).
Obviously online scam/fraud from Ulefone and Geekbuying to steal customer's money.
They took money (order No. *******) for Ulefone Smartphone and now both playing stupid.
I have sent tons of e-mails to both and nobody is answering.
Even the order vanished and I can't get the status or cancel and request the money back.

I bought One plus 3, which turned out to be refurbished although they assured me that the brand was new. In addition, the phone does not want to turn on or recharge at all. I feel cheated.

OnePlus 3 I bought turned out to be a fake one. The screen and housing have been replaced with non-original ones and NFC sensor doesn't work at all even though the phone was sold as "brand new". After-sale service doesn't answer my e-mails. This shop is a fraud.

I ask to cancel my order and refund.The response was really fast. After 2 days the order cancelled and the next day I take my money back.

I bought a PC and paid express shipping costs because I needed it urgently. When I received it, it was defective so I contacted the after sale service. It took several e-mails for them to send me the information so I could send the PC back for inspection. They promised me a replacement as soon as they would receive the computer. It is now 10 days since, according to the tracking number, the computer was delivered and they still refuse to sent a replacement or give me a refund arguing that they have not received it!
This is very suspicious, I have the feeling I am being lied to and that I will never get my money back!

Geek buying is a failure. Absolutely pathetic service. Placed order and paid for expedited delivery. Supposed to be delivered in 7 days, 5 days past order still showing pending. Checked again and again with the customer service. They are putting blame on a person in their department who has to confirm with me on email about the order. That person whose English name is jessica, forgot to send me the email for confirmation on two consecutive days and then went off on a weekend. Live chat would blame everything on her. In the end I have been robbed off over a thousand dollars. I have no phone and I don't know if they will return my money. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

Buying electronics from overseas can be a nerve-racking affair. I have bought a few phones from Geekbuying now - mainly because they generally work out a bit cheaper overall than the main rivals selling the same, and I've never had an order not arrive.
However, my most recent purchase was the first to develop a fault that required me to use customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response to my emails, and arrangements were made for me to return the phone for repairs. There were, of course, postal charges involved - but when buying electronics from the other side of the world you have to expect that the significantly lower prices are going to come with some side-effects.
In the end, after the examination was equivocal over whether it was a fault or damage, I was offered a partial refund, which was agreed and paid within a few business days.
I have used them before, and will continue to use again.
I made the same order by my mistake three times. When I realized it, I found very easily the email, in which I had to mention it, the cancellation and the refund were very quick. The whole service was excellent!

Purchased Teclast notebook was dead on arrival (keyboard work, lights on, but black screen). Nothing helps (bios unplug etc), fortunatelly it tooks only few days to clear situation with aftersale service.
