On December 10th, I ordered an iPhone AirPod case. I was charged $20.25. I never received it. I called to confirm my address, which was correct, and ask why I had not received the product. They had no answer for me, cancelled my order, and placed it again on January 10th. I did not receive my $20.25 back. When they re-placed the order, they charged me for VIP Membership, which I did not consent to or sign up for. They charged me $14.99. I have called to get a refund for both charges and to cancel my order. They will not refund either charges and I still have not received the product I paid for. My order has been cancelled. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Now luckily, my bank declared it as fraudulent behavior and refunded both charges. Do not trust this company, they are scammers.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the Bourbon Barrel Whisky Shelf. It's advertised as being made of whisky barrels. I paid extra to have it arrive by Christmas. It did not. They did refund $20. Almost a month after Christmas, this piece of crap arrived. It's most definitely NOT made from Bourbon Barrels. It's pieces of particle board "painted" to look like wood and it's less than a third of the advertised size. The metal strap that was supposed to be on the front, what arrived was a cut piece of a vinyl belt. I wouldn't buy this if it was in a dollar store much less have paid $99 for it (plus tax and shipping plus extra shipping). I have since found the exact same piece of crap on other websites (using the same pic) for $30. It's not even worth that.
They are selling CRAP! Worthless unattractive crap.
And you cannot return it-it was shipped from China.

I would have hit zero stars if I could have! BEWARE! I have been given the run around about my order on December 22,2022. I could have had my order before Christmas if I had gone another route! (AMAZON)! Customer service NEVER personally responds! The chat people try to help, but they are WAITING for a response also! I was told that my order had been processed, the next day they said it hadn't. NOW I am afraid I may have hit some small stupid button that enrolls me in some kind of membership! Some of these reviews are right on target! All of this is over a set of salt and pepper grinders! There has been an awful experience!

I don't understand what is going on here. I ordered a rechargeable search spot light December 6th 2022. Now on January 8th 2023 I still have not received my order. Tracking does not help I get "we have no new update" I've been treated well by Gear Elevation reps but they don't want to admit that I probably won't get my order being lost for a month.

This company is a total sham! It took a month to receive my order and then, when I tried to return it, they provided a false address so that the item was returned to me. Watch out for their offer of $5 off, or some similar deal, it comes with a monthly recurring $14.99 charge for who knows what? Their site contains only glowing reviews that I believe are bogus as non-affiliated sites all contain mostly disparaging reviews. Keep far away from these shysters unless you want months of headaches!
I thought I could charge my device for 6 hours then unplug it and turn power button on. Power button does not turn on unless you keep it plug. You can't walk around with it on because you can't charge it. The by too short to wrap around your belly. Oh they char you a monthly that they don't tell you until after tou purchase the device. So tell your bank and change your bank account number. They be lying. I hope God curse their business for lying to many customers who are upset with their service. God help us please.

It's been over two weeks and all I've received is the liners - not the footbath or tub. The customer service is less than worthless. They tried to tell me they can't refund my money because it's shipped already but when I yelled at this dumb woman multiple times for the tracking number I found out that it hasn't shipped at all!
I order the Burning High powered flashlight. Just yo be put on high demand hood for 3 weeks. Order it in August and didnt get an update until I called them. After that I was sent tracking information once they received first payment through Klarna. Mysteriously it takes 23 more days on tracking app to receive my merchandise. Afterwards on Aftership my package is being moved around Nachang China. So after they receive my last payment from Klara my package is out for delivery with no carrier name or where it is leaving from. I get an email at home while I'm home atv10 pm at night saying your package is delivered. I check mail box and surrounding area of residence. NOTHING! I call them at night no answer in the morning I get the same receptionist I always get which is probably the owner. Call usps she says. I will give you $21 dollars she says. Hell to the naw. Gimmie all and gimmie you manager. Unfortunately they gonna say the same thing she says. Proceeded to put me on hold then come back to say, all suoervisors busy. I can leave them you call back number. What a joke. Do not do any business with these people. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I paid 50$ for my phone case 2months ago, about a week ago the LED lights just stopped working.It pisses me off. I put an email in to the company to see what can be done. So fingers crossed! I'll post a follow up review when I have an update

Love my cushion. I got the brown fabric which is a lovely warm color. The cushion is comfy, well made, makes me sit up nice and tall and looks good on my chair. The clever fastener to fold for carrying is great. Delivery was a bit slow, but customer service was great. I definitely recommend this cushion and I have tried many kinds due to my injuries.

My package was in great condition when received considering where it came from and it did take longer than expected but that's understandable during this time of crisis. This water bottle is beautiful! The amethyst crystal is large! The bottle is sleek, and the sleeve is a nice touch. The bottle did arrive with a slight defect in the way the screw-on bottom was threaded, which caused it to leak a bit when drinking out of it, but I reached out to their customer service and they responded immediately, and a replacement bottle is on the way. Excellent customer service - I will purchase from this company again for sure.
