Gear Elevation has awesome products at great prices. The staff is super efficient and friendly and go out of their way to clarify and/or rectify any situation. It is an absolutely pleasurable shopping experience every time. Thank you for such great service.
If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 5 weeks for the $99 body pillow I ordered. It arrived horribly packaged. When removed from the package there were gaps in the pillow and I was unable to smooth the filling. The item was completely unusable. After multiple emails I finally received the return policy which indicated I was responsible for return shipping which was $60. Gear Elevation offered me a 50% discount to retun the item so my out of pocket cost to return it would be $10 more than keeping it. It is now in the garbage and I basically donated $50 to this company. Furthermore, they seem to filter bad reviews and hide their refund policy when purchase is being made. STEER CLEAR!

I bought an item. Then somehow got signed up for this $18.95 monthly bill to be in some membership. My product was grossly misrepresented. I've added pics. Took along to arrive then sent thisTrash. One pic is what I ordered. The other is what I received. These people should be in jail

They advertise on website shipping in USA. Untrue. After waiting for a week I finally got a tracking number locating package in China. Informed by email shipping takes 30 days. Still waiting to see if I actually receive anything after making a $200 purchase. My fault. I should have done better research.

This company is deceptive so don't buy anything from them if you will get charged every month without your consent. I was charged $18.99 every month for five months after I bought their useless, does not do anything for anyone especially not take out toxins from your body through the soles of your feet, ion foot detoxer... that I paid $159.99 for nothing for... very expensive foot tub that's plastic made in China. This company should go out of business because they are robbing people of the hard earned income and ought to be ashamed of themselves. I put their device in the sink filled with water, added the salt, plugged in their device and you know what happened? The same thing it dude hen my feet were in the foot tub. Rusty disgusting water appeared the same as it did when I had my feet in it... the disgusting water appeared in four stages in the sink same as in the foot tub! It is toxic for you to use their product! No one should soak their feet in rusty water and hopefully you doing have open cuts or wounds or you will be poisoned from their product! So far they say I opted in for that monthly membership BUT I DID NOT BECAUSE I NEVER SAW ANYTHING ABOUT IT WHEN I CHECKED OUT NOR DID I GET AN EMAIL WELCOMING ME TO THEIR MEMBERSHIP! So beware if this company they are deceitful! Btw I used PayPal to pay for the item and their unwanted membership fee was also taken via PayPal. There are numerous complaints about them too!

This company is some crook's. Never sent me all of my items that I had ordered an than signed me up for some stupid gold membership that I don't even recall excepting. Don't do business with them.

I ordered one health item, and somehow they had enrolled me into an auto pay for some kind of membership that I had no intention of getting. When I discovered the error they refused to refund my money, even though no services or goods were delivered beyond the initial purchase. Scammers!

I ordered the Elevation foot bath with several of it's accessories since January of 2021... This is September 23,2021 and I have Not received the foot bathe etc... I wrote several emails and finally someone responded and promised to send and I emailed back thanking them... BUT UP TILL NOW, ALMOST $300 purchase is gone and this is very sad

I called customer service and they said that I had to call them before I sent the product back. I looked on the wesite again and NOWHERE does it say that. I sent it back and sent them a photo of the package and tracking number. Exactly what the RETURNs page says to do. They are suggesting that they are not going to return my money. I've been emailing for days and they interpret my emails as if the product has not shown up. I'm completely confused and disappointed with this company.

I really love my experience with Gear Elevation. They have an amazing, speedy customer service that answered all of my questions. The checkout process is simple and straightforward, and the shipping was pretty fast compared to other brands. The product arrived in perfect condition and I have used it twice so far. Does well and the water gets really dark with all the toxins. I have no complaints about Gear Elevation, they are great!
My husband and I use this for a detox 3 times a week and it really works. It has made our feet and legs feel much better. It is pretty gross what's left in the water, and you don't feel any pain.
I like it so much. Will recommend it to my friends. And maybe I'll get another one for my parents. Cheers!

Paid with my credit card and nothing was said to me about joining a golden club, well they will charge you a monthly charge of 15.99 just to have it. So buyers beware they will charge your credit card or what ever you pay with and not tell you. I will never buy from this company again as it is a fraud! I gave them 1 star and that is to many.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY BUSINESS! I bought the foot spa, which seems to be a bogus product - but I can put that down to "may bad" for ordering stuff from the internet. BUT they have now put me onto a recurring payment for something? Their "contact us" on their web page goes nowhere so my only alternative was to cancel my credit card. Company Gear Elevation If I could put a negative number I would I've been trying to get this product the ion detox tub for over a year started in March of 2020 they can't refund my money they or won't. I have 57 emails back and forth with this company The last transaction was to tell me that they can't refund the money The one before that was to tell me that the replacement has been lost. My ion foot bath was sent by slow boat from China. The instruction leaflet is incomplete and was written by someone whose 1st language is not English. When I called to ask about the salt to water ratio (not in the "manual") and about the alarm constantly going off no matter what amount of salt I used, it was obvious the rep was not a native English speaker, no help and constantly apologizing before I was cut off. 2nd call no better. Told I would receive instructions by email in 24 to 48 hours. Product not operable out of the box, customer service a sick joke. But hey! I was given Gold membership status to buy more of their junk. Literally JUNK. This company does not specialize in the health device they sell, but you can waste more money buying stuff like an LED rose bouquet or a beard shaving apron. (I am not making this up.) JUST STAY AWAY FROM GEAR ELEVATION!
