The only emails I received from them are telling me of more products. They took my money. Every email requesting information gets the same form email back. $20USD might not be a lot for some but it is for me.
I ordered a gift that was supposed to be delivered before the holidays. It arrived several weeks late. Come to find out, i was charged 2 times for a "membership" I did not authorize for $19.99 the past 2 months. I am in the process of trying to get a refund by disputing these bogus charges. Stay away from this company, It is a scam.

While the product ordered was as expected, I was hit with a $19.99 'subscription' fee. This was never authorized and I am disputing the charge with PayPal as well as 'Energy Commerce Elevation LLC'. Fraud, for certain. The 'commerce elevation' is theft, pure and simple.

This site is straight-up fraudulent. I made the mistake of using a debit card to purchase a product from their site, which turned out to be a Chinese piece of junk, and then they started submitting charges against my card a month later. When I confronted them about the fraudulent activity, they tried to pretend like they paid for some kind of phony service with recurring charges, lol. I filed a report with the FBI, FTC, and BBB. Don't give these thieves your credit card.

Called company asking for date to expect order. Was informed partial order sent out 1/25/2024. Remainder of order just starting to be activated. Asked that order be sent over night. Answer: NO. Do not rely on this company to get order to your residence on time. Certainly spending $268.12 on a birthday present that has not arrived on time is not acceptable.

Your package will be "in transit" forever. You will never receive…. When you inquire about a refund you will be told you can't get a refund until it arrives…. Which never happens of course x

We ordered the Whiskey Barrel for each of our children. When one of them arrived, it was crap. The wood is cheap, the hardware is cheap, EVERYTHING about this is cheap. I called and got my money refunded. Do NOT buy this for yourself or anyone else.

For several months I have been trying to get a USPS TRACKING code. It's impossible for an item to travel to the US without a code. This one went to several USPS facilities and US customs without one. Somehow it arrived at my local for pickup and had no code attached.only the China Post International Tracking Code was sufficient. Well, there is no way for the USPS to transport, track or search for a parcel without one from them. The China Post one doesn't even fit in the system.
The agent at Gear E told me they needed to request a code from management. There wasn't one on the order in the system. IMPOSSIBLE. I was told this same lie all the 20 or 30 times I have called. A "supervisor" told me once. I would have it in 3 days. It has been 2 months since that call.
That a sham of a business. I am almost certain that the person on the line 3ach time is the same person pretending to be different people.
Fraud, theft, bate and switch, and misdirection all describe how I see this company. But from other sources. Probably get a better price. You'll definitely get better service.
