Not only was I unsatisfied with the product I ordered but apparently I automatically signed up for some VIP membership that was NOT mentioned anywhere! I ordered what I thought was three witches as shown in the picture. It took weeks to receive and when I finally did receive it I was surprised to see it was only one witch. I emailed them and never received a response so I paid $35 for one! Since then I hasn't been charged $19.99 twice! I finally called and found out that when I ordered it signed me up for some BS membership. They refused to refund both so at the end of the day I paid $55 for one stupid witch! Awful company!
Bought some sports equipment for the weekend game. Does the job well, nothing too fancy. Recommended for everyone!

This company and the service is dishonest don't shop here or use their website there crooks I've unsubcribed twice and canceled my membership but they still keep billing.e $19.95 evert month. They are scandalous.

I ordered a product that I actually did receive but months later I looked at my PayPal account and I see a charge for $19.99 that happened for many months. I researched it and found out this company has been charging me to be a "member". Chatted with them and they basically said sorry for your luck.

Stay away from this company they are dishonest and they are about just taking your money. They have hidden fees and they charge you money without your authorization.

Do not use a credit card to buy anything online from them. I was charged for a subscription. Nowhere on any of my order confirmations was that indicated.

After waiting on my order for more than the estimated time they gave me they delivered my order to the wrong address. I called and emailed customer service so many times for this not to happen and the worst is that they confirmed that they changed the shipping address until I got a delivery confirmation from UPS and they delivered to the wrong address. I contact customer service and they say that before UPS Re-Deliver they need to do some investigation first. I am still waiting for my package to be delivered to me.
Sorry, but this will be the last time I order from you this company. I am so upset right now.

I placed an order on July 2. It is now July 27 and no delivery. After multiple inquiries, I received an email today saying "we're sorry for the delay. Your order is being processed and you will be notified when it ships."
In addition, I have asked numerous times to be removed from ALL emails. Continue to get them daily...often with the lead-in..."For a very satisfied customer." Almost humorous. I do wonder who is minding the store...or in fact, if there is even a real store! Do not waste your time and money. I suspect the product, should I ever receive it, will be of very low quality.

I ordered 1 fairly costly item over 3 months ago. I have STILL NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM.
At first the emails showed concern and remarked they were working on getting the item shipped. However, I have not heard from them in several months after repeated emails and attempts to contact them. I have requested a refund with no response. On hold for over 4 hours when I called.
Never got ANY RESPONSE by phone and only auto replies by email.
Basically, they have stolen over $1500 at this point.

Well made a big mistake purchased Around $1100 and it's been 20 days these jungle monkeys didn't ship my order and stop responding to my emails, even i reach to their Instagram and commented on post they deleted my comments too.

Bought their Ion Detox Foot Bath, tried it once with my feet in it, then again with distilled water and no feet. Results of both tries were identical. Water turned brown from the metal electrode, not from any "toxins" exiting my body from my feet. They then spewed additional BS trying to say it was working, that the color change was normal even without my feet in the bath! It took over 2 months to come from China (even though their advertisement said it ships from US) then they offered to refund if I ship it back to an address in Phoenix. Well, I live in Phoenix and I DROVE to the address, only to find out IT DOESN'T EXIST! After more than four months and a lot of paperwork, I finally got my money from my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AND PRODUCT!

A small drone was purchased from them for a grandson. They started charging my account for fictitious membership that was totally unknown to me. Even when I discovered this recurring charge, they refused to reverse the charges except the last charge. This is scamming company. Buyers beware.

They say the company is located in Arizona but all the products are shipped from China. You will not receive your order (if you ever do) until at least three months post purchase with no updates.
They proclaim you get a free month of their membership with your purchase, this is a lie they instantly charge you for it.
You receive a monthly membership fee through your card. I couldn't even log into my account to cancel because it didn't exist.
If you order from here instantly cancel your card before the payment goes through. It's the best bet instead of trying to negotiate with the banks for your money back.

They even charge you a monthly prescription which you never activate, have hi check your visa because they do start charging without your consent.
I had to cancel my visa and had a new card issued.

Don't use this company. They claim to be based in Arizona, but merchandise is shipped from China. They state they ship in 1-2 days; my order was shipped in 16 days. It arrived in 24 days. It did not work. They requested a picture, then a video. Said they'd send a replacement. Then they suggested the things to try that are not in the directions. Nothing worked! No replacement ever sent. No refund! AND, beware of the monthly "membership fee" that they claim you signed up for, even though you didn't. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

Don't purchase anything from this website. Merchandise was junk. Tried to return it and the address is vacant. They automatically sign you up for a membership. I told them I didn't want it, and they charged me anyway. Been fighting with Capital One credit card to get my purchase refunded to me, and they are even giving me a hard time. I think they must be getting lots of complaints about this company.
