Absolute piece of $#*! website, I've tried 4 small buys with them overtime, they all failed spectacularly.
A US->EU adapter, a car phone support, mi band 3 global version and an mp3 player. Adapter worked once then stopped, phone support didn't work despite including my model in the descriptions, mi band delivered the chinese version, mp3 worked once.
Stay away from them.
This website just asks users to post reviews for points and those points are useless. You cant use those points on 99% of products and even if you can, it will cover few cents of that order. Don't be fool and do not get tricked by those scammers.

I am a customer of gearbest for a long time and had no issues with them at all. All products came in nice package and without a scratch. Customer service through facebook answers instantly. Also I really like Xiaomi products and Gearbest has best prices for their products.
Ripoff.

Gearbest is one of the greatest services to purchase online. They have a wide variety of products and very cheap prices.
The shippings are safe: you can track them easily and the times that take to arrive are very good. Even in a country like Argentina, where we have problems and delays with customs and mail offices.
If you even have a problem (it only happen to my one), they resolve fast resending the item o refunding you.

Package changed to "in trasit" in tracking but only 2 days in tracking (never left china)

They are currently running an ad saying they have US stock of N90 masks. That is a lie. I tried ordering some that were supposed to be in US stock and it still says 25 days until delivery. I tried ordering an electronic item last year and received a small empty envelope from China weeks later. They claimed the item had been delivered. Despite what the email says, there is no tracking information available. On their website it shows the order but states no tracking information will be available.

Ordered some masks from Gearbest and not only did the delivery take a month but turned out to be a knockoff of an authentic Korean brand. It charged more for these masks claiming they were "Korean made", shipped from the "USA." My order was actually shipped from a China warehouse and there's even a typo/misspelling on the packaging the masks were in. If you can read Korean you'd recognize it right away, especially when compared to the packaging of the authentic Korean brand it tried to copy.

The Alfawise C30 Pro was initially advertised as having a work area of 550mmx450mm. The laser engraver I was sent actually had a much smaller working area. I preordered and it took 2 months to arrive even with express postage. They had countless excuses.
I have tried for 10 days to come to an agreement that suits GB and myself. GearBest has refused to rectify the false advertising.
They expect me to return the item at my cost and only receive store credit as a refund. I am never going to use GearBest again so the store credit is not acceptable.
GearBest is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I suggest you do not purchase any items from them. Once they have your money they will take months to post the item and then will refuse to refund you your money when they have deceived you deliberately.
I ordered a 3d pen and some filament, and it did not ship for over 30 days. I was given no indication that anything was wrong, or an updated estimate for when my order would arrive.
After talking with customer support, they repeatedly asked whether I wanted my refund issued to my Gearbest Wallet, to which I clearly and consistently respondedn NO. PLEASE REFUND MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
I wish I had never used this site. They are willfully dishonest and apparently incapable of getting orders out.

Upo requesting a refund, declare that there was no additional insurance and demand payment a second time for the same item. But there is no guarantee that you will actually receive the product. A very good toothbrush. It cleans very well. I have no objections. I would recommend this shop for everyone.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
