I recently ordered a usb mp3 player that runs on a aaa battery. I got a great price, better than I could find on Amazon. The product was shipped out very quickly and for free. I got the package in California in good condition within 2 weeks. Great experience, will order from them again.

Stay away from this site! Non existing support once you make payment, extra slow shipping, ordered items are not shipped because out of stock (which was not out of stock during ordering and payment). Once you pay do not even try to ask for support.
Invoices are not included with shipment so if your package is stopped by your custom you will have to wait for few more days to receive invoice from gearbest. Maybe they should change their title to gearWORST?

I recommend GearBest as a shop online store to buy from. Within the past month I bought a Atongm D9 Portable 2K Quad Core Android 4.2 DLP HD Projector and had it arrived in Australia to my door in pefect condition. A plus with shopping with them is that I went shopping in Australian dollars (AUD) and when I got to the checkout the amount was in AUD. They had free worldwide shipping on the product I purchased, and that was the case. So at the checkout, the price I shopped at was the price I paid, no hidden costs. I recently shopped at another Chinese website (no name mentioned), in AUD, and when I got to their checkout, the price was converted to American dollars and then somehow was inflated above and beyond the exchange rate and did not correspond with the price I was expecting. So top marks to GearBest for that. The only complaint I woud have with them is that 2 days after my purchase, I received an email from them stateing that I had to confirn my payment, which I thought was a bit strange. So I sent an email back with a screenshot of my receipt from Paypal, and a photo of my credit card balance (I used a prepaid credit card bought esspecially for this purchase) with the amount taken out with 'GearBest's' name beside that amount. They were happy enough with that and emailed me back immediately confirming that and my product was packaged and sent off straight away. They emailed me back with shipping details and a tracking number. So as stated above it got here undamaged and in their stated shipping time. Cheers GearBest.
