"My Gearbest experience has been very good so far, after I ordered my first item it was packaged up and shipped out in under 3 days. This seems very good compared to other Chinese companies! I received a confirmation email telling me that my product had been shipped and also telling me all the shipping information. I also received an image of the package taken on a set of scales, I found this very cool as you know that they're thinking about you and they want to show you that your package is leaving intact. I also contacted customer services and the response, although it took some time to be replied to (5 days and also during the Chinese new year period), the information on the reply was very well written and also solved most of my problems. The Gearbest live chat, although it may take some time to be connected and replied to, it is very good as it runs 24/7 which is handy in the UK due to the time differences. The answer's are usually very clear. There is many complaints about the company on this website and my experience has been very good and the customer service is very friendly and the English is pretty good in the email and live chat replies.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else that want's cheap but quality products from an excellent Chinese company!

Support responds quickly. All problems can be solved. Shipping to Russia takes about a month. Prices may be lower if you find coupons on the forums. Would like to see more methods of payment for the Russians (Webmoney, QIWI, Yandex. Money etc.). Recent purchases very pleased. I have not found cheaper anywhere else.

J'ai reçu ma commande le 31/01/2015 par POSTNL avec un $#*! de 10 jours que je pense qu'il est du à la douane parceque normalement avec POSNTL c'est juste 15 jours maximum J'ai commandé des accessoires pour mon VTT et un des articles n'etait pas en stock alors ils me l'ont envoyé aprés quelque jours avec POSTNL gratuitement sans frais supplementaire et ça c'est rare chez les boutiques en ligne où tu dois payer encore les frais de port si non on l'envoi sans numéro de suivi. Les articles sont en parfait état et bien emballé. Je compte passer une autre commande un telephone Ulefone Be Pro.

BEWARE! This company is total scam!. I placed an order on Jan 9 - cell phone battery. So far nothing. In correspondence they do lots of lame-excuses - do not trust them. If you did - open a dispute - no matter how long it passed to be secure. I try to put this comments on all review sites. Please spend more on more trustful online sites, than loose it."

Came across Gearbest whilst looking for a Elephone P3000S, and this site came up with the item at a sale price, and therefore cheaper than most other places. Was dubious as i have had bad experiences with other far east companies, but new paying through Paypal my money was secure. So i ordered the phone, paid for expedited shipping then sat back waited and hoped! The following day i had an email from DHL with my shipping number and in 6 days, YES ONLY SIX DAYS, my new phone was in my hand. I did, unfortunately have to pay a further £19 GBP in customs fees, but still got the item cheaper in total than other websites had offered it at basic. My experience was faultless, and i would use them again without hesitation, but i would recommend expedited shipping, and taking in to account any customs fees you may incur.
