I've ordered from GearBest a few times already, and I've never had any major problems with my experience there. The prices can be great, the products are acceptable for the price, and what little communication I've had with their customer service has been fine.
A few months ago, I got a great coupon from PandaCheck for 25% off so I ordered over-ear headphones for myself and my girlfriend. The headphones were basically generic Dre Beats with wires. I paid extra to have a tracking number with my shipping, but I ended up not needing it because the headphones actually arrived within 3 weeks of ordering, even though it was estimated they would take 4-5 weeks to get here. The headphones work great and, for $10 a pop, I can't complain too much. They can get a little tinny when sounds go higher, but the bass is great.
More recently I ordered a Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker because I needed a cheap speaker and it was the cheapest with good reviews (it was $10.50). I used the free shipping option and I didn't have a tracking number. I got a little worried when it didn't arrive after 5 weeks so I emailed the customer service. The guy was nice but couldn't tell me much other than "Your package is on its way." It arrived after 7 weeks and works as advertised.
Overall I can't complain. Pay for the shipping with a Tracking Number if you get antsy waiting for packages, but otherwise I've already recommended GearBest to friends because it's one of the easier to use wholesale tech sites I've found.
They sent me a broken watch and refuse to replace it. Even after sending in pictures.
Pray that you don't have to contact them for and problems.

I ordered 6 shirts from Gearbest. They looked awesome in the photos and the prize was too good to pass up. I got the shirts and they were the correct sizes, at least that is what the tags say. I am 6' 3" tall and 238 lbs. I ordered XL and XXL. Most XL shirts fit me perfect. I do not know if this were children's XL or a small Asian XL. But they were not even close to fitting. In fact they were all different size's with XL tags. Only one shirt did fit and that was the XXL. The other 5 shirts would not even close, there was a one foot space when I tried them on, seriously. Do not buy from Gearbest, at least not clothes. Also the shirts do not look like the ad.

The most memorable thing that ocurred to me was that when they didn't had stock in a popular product offered me a voucher in discount for waiting a few days or else a total refund for my product. With this kind of quaranty i'm pretty confident to keep buying my stuff with them. Highlights for the packaging they do before shipping, and the pictures they take so you keep you informed of every little detail.

I live in Egypt, ordered 10 vape tweezers to be sent to the USA (to use a parcel forwarder since Egypt Post has been crappy lately) and I didn't talk to any customer service reps, just put a little note while ordering that no mention of vaping or vape to be labeled on the package. They gladly labeled the package as electronic tools and the delivery time was spot on. The product, price wise, was cheap but quality wise it's excellent unlike another similar product that broke on the first use I got from another retailer. Awesome pricing and awesome service. Terrible customer service. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive in 25 business days. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email to gearbest and they told my to check with my post office and wait 2 more weeks! Finally, after the imposed 45 day wait, they offered (1) credit [but I will ever buy from them again!], (2) to pay an extra $1.99 to track the package [preposterous], (3) refund but with a deduction for postage costs [ridiculous]. They then sent endless emails asking if I wanted a refund, ignoring all replies that I did. It took a PayPal claim to get the money out of them.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
