For a long time I have been shopping at the Gerabest store and I can say for sure that the store is excellent. All goods come, though sometimes with a delay, but they are not lost. Overall service was very good, is a shop with a variety of interezantes items and great prices, not to mention they do ship to anywhere and post-purchase service is attentive. The only but is that in my case, pay for expedited shipping 3-4 days, and received the package about 15 days later, it's not so bad, but the fact of having paid more for a faster delivery, make is an important point.

I purchased the Amazfit Verge smartwatch from Gearbest. It took a little while to get but as I have ordered other things from Gearbest I know the free shipping option takes time. So no big deal. I was very impressed with the watch and all its functions. It does a lot of what the high priced watches do for around $100. I am very satisfied with the product and Gearbest. I have not had a problem or issue and I will continue to use Gearbest in the future.

Good assortment, original goods, good promos (hight discount), delivery with tracking number (for orders over $50 - without additional payment). I create order 18th of January and it shipped out after 4 days! Will be good, if Gearbest got ePacket shipment.

This is my favourite Chinese store as the prices are always that bit cheaper than everywhere else. I've put in seven orders since December and received them all no problems. I like the NL post option (recommended) which seems to get the package quicker to Ireland. There's always good discount coupons available if you search the Web for them! I've not had any problems yet (touch wood) so I can't say what their returns process is like. I mainly buy TV boxes from them.

I have been looking for a Hana mod on different sites, but I was afraid the quality would be horrible. Not from GearBest! The quality is great and more than I expected. I would definitely recommend this product! Quick shipping! Got my product in 5 days from ordering it!

Waited over 7 weeks for delivery. Package has still not arrived.
I was given either a fraudulent or invalid tracking number which proved useless. They ignored my requests for a correct tracking number.

Further contacts with customer support have resulted in nothing but generic form replies and no action.

I will be filing a fraud complaint against both GearBest and PayPal.
