I ordered an R8 A10 Single Core Cortex A10 Android, TK622 RF 2.4G Wireless USB 2.0 Air Mouse and JHO J32 Professional Bluetooth V3.0 Hands Free Earphone from Gearbest. When I received it, I tested it in details and it works great, the bluetooth earphone works great, the sound is very clear and the range of signal reception is perfect, the mini-pc android works great and the air mouse is perfect to control unit like touch screen function. For order and technical support, I'm very satisfied and happy with products that I ordered, the team are great and kindly respond for requests. Dont buy.

I buy the 2015 1octobre today we are October 15, My order is still being processed while this is supposed to be 3 to 5 days of treatment, again, it does not respond to the ticket. So that's why I decided to change my view to gearbest.com

I buy for $230 and no answer...

I was given a Gearbest dash cam as a Xmas present. It arrived after XMAS. It did not work properly. Trying to return/exchange it is next to impossible. I had to deal with someone from China who did not seem to speak English well enough to understand what I was saying. After spinning in circles, I was told to return the camera to China using US mail service and to get a tracking number. That costs $52.00. Almost the cost of the camera itself. Gearbest USA does not cover the postage or answer their phone. When you try a "live chat" no person answers your chat even though they say someone is there. I'm not sure they really exist. Time to call the attorney general. Definitely not worth doing business with in my opinion. Save your $ and buy American. At least you can reach someone by phone.

March 28,2015 Update: After several months I was able to have a new unit mailed to me at a cost of est. $8.50. The unit arrived and was immediately functional. It is a very nice unit with good clarity and video quality. It is unfortunate that it was such a daunting task working thru Gearbest's customer service dept. The issue with the defective unit began in January and it is now the end of March.

I ordered a rather expensive item that did not ship for 1 week. A week later tracking says "alert" I contacted them via online chat the agent told me I had an incorrect tracking number and he gave a new tracking number, when I tracked it, this package was going to france not the US where I live! When I told him this and asked why he was lying he replied "no" and ended the chat. I have since opened 3 tickets and they ignore my concern with the lying agent, blame customs and close the ticket. DO NOT BUY HERE! Customer service is the worst.
UPDATE: They said they will reship in 2 days after it turned around in customs. For 3 days I was asking why wait 2 days and telling them I want my product. All they cared about was me removing my review on resellerratings.com. They offered me points on their website then they offered me $10 if I would remove the review. In the mean time they are ignoring me concerns. After 3 days they said that it can't pass customs and I will be issues a refund, I told them I wanted a refund that day because I was tired of waiting. 2 days later they tell me my package is on it's way because I asked them in the past to ship it to me so they cannot give me my refund (I have already purchased it elsewhere). Please for your own sanity NEVER give them any business

Notice that they do not care about any of my other complaints. So they reshipped it, when I order from China I expect delays. I do not expect to be lied to and treated this way.

I ordered a Korean style men's coat about 2 months ago for about 30 dollars. I never received the item. When I complained to the company I was told that I would get a refund amounting to 50% of the original amount because I had not purchased shipping insurance?. I do most of my business with Amazon and I have never been required to buy shipping insurance (I have never had issues with not receiving items either). So I was refunded approximately 15 dollars. Later when I left a not so complimentary review and rating I was offered a full refund. I have not seen it yet. They still had the nerve to ask me to revise (in a more favorable way) my previous review and rating after I got the refund

This is a fraudulent company I bought 170 dollar product it had obvious broken and showing wires and when I asked about a return they offered me 16 dollar refund A 16 DOLLAR REFUND OIT OF 170... THIS IS A SCAM AND A HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY FROM THEY WONT EVEN SEND U THE A DRESS FOR RETURN. I ASKED 14 TIMES FOR AN A DRESS AND THEY JUST WOULD NEVER SEND IT OR IGNORE THE FACT THAT I ASKED FOR IT. DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM...

People should know that GearBest is a fraudulent company based in China with any order taking over a month to get to you (in US). On top of that, the tablet I received was USED and BROKEN--no wi-fi service. Wanted me to pay $25 to return a $53 product for a refund. What utterly criminal and deceitful behavior. Shame on you!

I would like to take the opportunity to comment on the company. In the past few months I have purchased many products from them.The only thing is that I choosed flat rate shipping, it is really a shame, I guess I will choose express or EXPRESS shipping next time. Any way, in my opinion, it is not bad as the others said. All in all, thanks! Gearbest!

You might save a few bucks with GearBest, but if you expect to receive your order in a reasonable time-frame, or you prefer some minimum level of customer service, you're wasting your time!

I placed an order on January 1 and paid with PayPal. On January 6, my order status was still showing as "Processing." I tried several times to call their "24/7 Super Support Center," but they didn't answer their phone. After 25-30 minutes, a "Live Chat" rep (Larry) finally came online. After chatting back and forth for a while, he admitted that it could take 7-25 more business days for me to receive my order.

I requested that GearBest cancel my order and give me a full refund ASAP. Larry agreed. I'll have to wait and see what happens next.

Very disappointing transaction!

This is a complain filing against the above site. I made an order since December 25th. My payment was verified and accepted via PayPal payment gateway and the shopping site acknowledge the receipts of my order. After a week, the gearbest didn't get back to me as regards any development or process on my order. Then I contacted my their customer service. When I contacted their customer service they told me that my order as been cancelled and thus they've process the refund which they have not. Until recently, I contacted again that my order status is still in process and they are yet successfully refund me of my order. However, the gearbest are forcing me to close the response with them so that they can start the refund which they claim they've done before. This is exactly 3 weeks of my order and my money is still with them I want from them is to process my order for shipments coz this order have made me lose my customers. I hope the appropriate department can look into this. Order Number: WP*******360****

U bought a cubot s168 through this site, after cancelling from other site due to delayed treatment of the order.
At this site everything went smoothley, the buying, the packaging, delivering. Just everything.
I got my purchase after 7 days from ordering (paid expedited shipping), and on any question i had the support team was more than happy to answer, and they were very friendly.
I will surely buy from them when i'll need something.

I ordered my tablet and case at 29. 11. 14 and the info was for 17-25 working days. They were sent to me 2 days later. I finally got my things exactly after a month, at 02. 01. 15. They answered all my questions at their support center, they did exactly what they were promised. Nice and safe package, everything in time. I already bought more things from them!"

I bought several times in this shop, the experience is in short very good, like everything there are things that improve the quality and price of the products is very good, the time of preparation and packing to go shipment arrives to take up to two weeks depending on the number of products, but they arrive undamaged, in the absence of availability of the products you back your money, if you get a different product you ordered, you are subsidizes a portion of them, this seldom happens common in very similar articles as accessories or lamps.
