I ordered 2 thl 4000 smartphones and they shipped it after 5 days as stated in the product page.
If you shop in a different currency than usd then make sure you check paypal's exchange rates because its not the same with the prices the gearbest website shows. It was about 10 euros more for my order.
Unfortunately I chose the fast shipping with DHL and since the taxes and duties are not included in the prices i had to pay 75 euros extra to customs in order to receive the smartphones.
Its better to go with standard shipping because its a less likely that it will be picked up by customs but in any case be prepared to pay extra.
The dhl tracking code did not work from gearbest website but only on dhl website.
Even after the customs charges the smartphone was still cheap. The packaging was great, the smartphone as described, very good quality for the price. I will buy again from this store but only using standard shipping!

I have purchased a TVBox MXiii couple of weeks ago and I really liked the box and GearBest service, in easy online purchase and competitive price, I ordered another one last week for my friend to give him as a gift. I like GearBest and shopping from them is easy and peace of mind ( price wise and you are sure you are dealing with a company who cares)
I Purchase of gearbest from June 2014 and I made 6 orders. I have always received the items in 2-3 weeks using the economic free shipping. With other similar sites delivery occurs after 1 month. The support is good. Items are of quality and very low prices
In this store I have shopped several times, all orders received within 2-3 weeks, each product was well packaged and at a good level also has pretty good prices compared with competitors in the store I will definitely buy more. The only thing I can reproach the support, i am waiting for an answer 2 days but it's nothing compared to other.

It was please shopping experience with gearbest. At the beginning I made a wrong order. I created a ticket to ask for refund, gearbest response it quickly and return the money. After that, I purchased the right items from them. I received them in 20 days (Canada which is faster than I expect). My son is so happy with watch purchased from gearbest, so do his father:-)

Hello, i made some shops on Gearbest and until now i'm very happy with the things I buy, nothing to say about the support center, twice needed info are quickly response, shipping is acceptable 3 a 4 weeks produts in hand, good shop, recommend buying, good stuff, and cheap prices, very nice.
I have made a couple of purchases and I am pleased with them. Good prices and good quality on items. Only issue was with the shipping method but costumer service was always there helping and solving the problem. I will buy again.

The results... gearbest was a bit cheaper even the cost for tracking... the product was better but the delivery took about a month
The ordered item was in excellent condition and shipping did not take long time.
My first attempt of on line shopping was made through gearbest, i have received today a watch and a phablet i ordered a month ago, and i live in Greece so i expected them to be that late.
So, so far i have NO problems (except a scratched screen protector that came in the phablet's box).
They were answering my questions within hours, even minutes!
Tracking was simple, and site's info about the products was 100% accurate.
I'm gonna use it for future purchases also.
Gearbest is a good place to buy good priced electronics like smartphones, which I also did.
One thing: Processing time is way to slow.
