Honestly, I never believed Gearbest had more reviews than Amazon before. But once I made my first order here, I knew why. It's got really nice prices, fast delivery and great service. I've had an extremely positive experience ordering with Gearbest and I'll definitely continue to order here :)

I've bought several products here, and the story was the same with all of them.
They were all of pretty good quality. Not the best you can get, but cheap and still very good. Shipping time is different for everyone, but for me it takes about a month before a product arrives. This is of course very long, but a lot of times it's free shipping on a product that cost a few euros, which is very rare on other websites.
Unbelievably poor customer service and the longest shipping times I have ever experienced... and getting longer since my order still has not arrived and it has been 6 weeks! When I contact them they offer no resolution even though the tracking still shows the order is in China at this time. Asked to cancel order since it has not left and the only response is "please wait 2 more weeks and then contact us an we will offer you a solution". How about you just cancel the order that has not shipped yet and refund the money that you took immediately upon my ordering?

Mi Band 4 is a worthy continuation of the Xiaomi fitness bracelet line. Xiaomi company keeps up to date and each time to create a really good product, while making it affordable. I believe that the novelty deserves attention. Mi Band 4 in comparison with Mi Band 3 has become more functional, it received a new color display, the ability to control music, as well as new additional settings. If you are not interested in playing sports, then Mi Band 4 will be able to replace you with an ordinary smart watch. It shows notifications, counts steps, shows time, notifies about calls, like a regular smart watch. MI Band looks stylish and suitable for both women and men.
If they are serious as a business, they should get a phone line and don't transfer responsibility to a remote store that supposedly fulfilled the order. It is a Gearbest problem and customers will not forget that point. Hearing that it is being transferred to store does not solve or resolve a problem. You see from their tracking information that the item was transferred to a USPS Facility and was never shipped out, if you can believe that! However the item was paid for and Gearbest should offer either a replacement or give the customer a refund! BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE!
I ordered 3 items 50 days ago and still didn't get them. The worst customer service. You can only text them. And they won't help you. First they will tell you to contact the sellers. And when you do and don't get any results. They'll leave you hanging with no answer. 50 days and still have no idea about my orders. So frustrating and too much time consuming.

Okay I admit that I have gotten a few things okay but on a recent order I got 1 thing that was broken. They will not give your money back only a store credit. Also, I ordered a few items and one of them didn't come. I contacted support about it. It was messed up because I got a couple of the items so they deleted the order number as delivered. It turns out they ordered the item from another company. So now they want me to contact that company and to complain to them or whatever. They give me links that do not make any sense. It's just not worth it. Unlike Amazon or Ebay this company has little or no support, especially if it is from one of there "affiliates".
My summary on Gearbest is that it is just not worth it. It can take forever to get an item you order. If you wait several months and don't get the item you order then you will probably get the old run around so your out of the money that you paid. Support is the worst and Gearbest just don't seem very trustworthy to me.
I bought the Xiaomi M365 Pro here around the time of black friday. It was the best price I could find for this device. Must check during Black Friday. Also, interesting to choose your option from which country you would like to have it delivered (if possible). I wanted to be sure to buy it from the EU, chose Poland to Belgium.
Time of delivery was also perfect.
Order mine on may 1. The shipping date was around may 12. Do far it has not been shipped. Look at it and now shipping date is at the end of may. Thus company is nothing more than a scam. Buy now and may we will ship it out next several months. I figured I am out the money and will never get the watch. 1 st and last time I ordered from this company

Had ordered a vacuum cleaner robot on 16.03.2020, which according to Gearbest should be there by 10.04 (worst case). The shipment information said "Mar 31,2020 - Apr 10,2020". Today is the 09.06.2020 and I did not receive my package! The status has NOT changed until today! I have already written 4 tickets and got always the same answer! My questions were mostly not answered! Probably they are using bots, which write a standard answer!
- four tickets written, Gearbest does not want to pay back money!

- oh, and the shipping method is EUEXPHQRD (Germany Express) and should allegedly be delivered from the EU and faster! I'm living in germany.
One time the DEADLINE was said to be the 16th of MAY 2020, the next ticket said the DEALINE was on the 25th of JUNE 2020 and after the 25th of June the deadline will be postponed again? No updates, no answer and no delivery! Of course the money was debited directly from my account!
I ordered 50 N95 masks. They shipped KN95 instead of N95. I specifically did not order KN95 masks because they are made in China. They said I would receive them in 3-5 days. It was 3 weeks before I received them. Good luck in finding a phone number for this company. These people are scammers and liars!
I've just been through a nightmare with these people. I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it. I was never sent an order number so assumed it was cancelled. I visited their website multiple times and signed in and they showed no orders for my account. They sent the merchandise anyway. No paper work so no way to return it, and you can't send them an email on their website without an order number. They kept my money and I cannot get it back, even with the help of my credit card company. During Pandemic so tired of being ripped off by Chinese companies--one problem after another.
I would suggest to avoid any orders on Gearbest. I have quite terrible experience with them and I'm their VIP customer since 2015. I purchased twice SOOCAS X3 - they were even not working more then 1 year. In both cases they offered instead of repair just partial reimbursement. Now I'm dealing with order that hasn't been delivered after more then 80 days since order - I'm being told I have to wait 100 days for reimbursement. This policy is convincing me to cancel my profile on this shop.
Horrible experience. They take your order and your money but never deliver the products. Customer service refuses to help. They tell you to contact the seller directly but there is no way to do that. Total scam.
Purchased 350$ worth of items. Gearbest said they shipped the items within 5 days of order. 90 days later - 20 emails, and still no products have been delivered, and no refund. Their website states items not recieved within 60 days will be issued a refund on request. WRONG. I ahve requested a refund multiple times - they refuse. At my wits end. Hoping that if I keep bugging them - they will pay me off just to go away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
Gearbest faz um serviço terrivel! Há cerca de dois meses fiz uma encomenda utilizando um método de envio. Passado um mês a encomenda ainda não tinha sido despachada! Entrei em contacto para tentar perceber o que se passava. Pediram desculpa mas o método de envio não se encontrava disponivel para o país de destino!
Inaceitável não terem dado essa informação na altura da compra? Talvez...
Para piorar propuseram um método de envio alternativo sem mais encargos! Pouco interessante pois além do método que eu tinha escolhido anteriormente ser o mais dispendioso, qualquer outra alternativa iria ter custos de alfandega...
Pedi o reembolso. Enviei os meus dados bancários e até agora nada...
Dizem que não conseguem fazer a transferência e que só podem devolver o dinheiro da gearwallet ou através de paypal!
Serviço deplorável.
Espero que mais ninguém cai no erro de utilizar os serviços desses aldrabões

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
