I have long been a regular customer of the excellent GearBest trading platform! I like in this store that very often there are great promotions and good discounts. I also like the reward system in the form of daily points. Both for purchases and for daily visits to the mobile version of the application. If suddenly a package without a track number is lost (this happens to everyone), the store always presents a choice. Either re-sending the goods, or a full refund! Item as described. Works very well. I disassembled player. The Main Chip is APIL496-4C8. Sound is very good. I use it everyday. It converts Speaker, Earphones (Headphones) to Bluetooth. I don't need to buy extra Bluetooth Device for listening to music.The player supports 32GB MicroSD, MP3, FLAC formats. Bluetooth distance is good too. I bought 3 things, one was out of stock, but they didn't tell me, when I asked them where is my stuff, they told me that they are going to send me asap, but it has been 3 weeks. Two items were supposed to get here in 3 days, but they were all delayed. Them I canceled the one they didn't have. And do you know when I am getting my refund? When they ship my other items! The one that are supposed to be sent earlier but weren't, and when I asked them when it is going to happen, he asked me to ask again within 72 hours! What kind of refund policy is that? Simply insane. Don't trust them, don't waste your time. BTW I spoke with a human being that seemed to be a robot. All answers are pre made. Weirdest thing ever.

I mainly buy FPV gear from here but I have also purchased household items and other electronics. They sell genuine branded items. I would say, if you are in a hurry, do not buy from here but if you plan ahead you can save a lot of money. Typical shipping times to the UK are around 2 weeks and I have received items as quick as 4 days which just outright shocked me.
Their support is slow because of time difference but helpful and effective.

Do not trust all reviews around for Gearbest, since they are manipulated.

Customers sometimes receive an invitation to write reviews in exchange for points. Those points can be used to buy items for a reduced price though.

Gearbest is making fun of us, they refund my money without my permission, while I was waiting for my product. Even my friends have faced the same issue with this website, and they left.
Now they are using the other websites because they are respecting the clients more than here.
Gearbest said that the discounts were only a mistake (seriously? Hahaha) how poor is your website (the true reason is that they are not serious because I met this problem many times)
Also, Gearbest is selling sold out products. They don't update their inventory, their only purpose is making sales (even if the products is sold out already, because they want to increase the statistics with this manner) bye bye gear best, I will inform my friends and my thousands of followers about you.
And finally, your products are very expensive is we compare them with the other FAMOUS platforms of China.
