I ordered 2 gadgets and after 30 days only 1 of them was delivered. So I decided to wait another 30 days hoping it will arrive too, but it never came. I complained to gearbest, they told me it's not their fault, shipping company probably lost it, and I can buy a replacement with 50% discount!
Also few months ago I bought a phone on a flash sale which was in stock at the time, but had to wait for it for 50 days! By the time I was waiting a new model came out.
Very disappointed with gearbest, not going back to them ever again.

I ordered 5 items through GearBest for Xmas presents. Three of them were problems. I ordered a Men's XL jacket and when I received it, it was WAY too small. This "Men's XL" fit a 130-lb. Woman. I was offered to ship it back to Hong Kong for credit but it wasn't worth it so GearBest gave me a 10% credit. On another item, I ordered 2 floating dolls, neither of which has ever worked. The clicker remotes were inoperable on both, despite the fact that I bought exact replacement batteries, just ion case. Never worked. GearBest opened 3 different tickets, none of which were resolved. Was offered ~10% credit again. Also ordered 2 international translators (ear w/bluetooth). I only received one. I thought they were shipping a replacement, but it ever came. I was given the option to pay again for shipping from Sweden for the missing one. Why pay again? So, GearBest had a problem with 60% of my orders, and their return and delivery policies suck. I also ordered several items through Amazon - not one problem. I won't be going back to GearBest ever again.
I have ordered several smartphones and one action camera on Gearbest and my experience with this store is very good.
All items arrived on time and once, when I needed support with one of the smartphones (battery), the support was provided.

If you compare the prices vs others online stores, always you can find the best and lowest prices here in GB.
Also you can pick items from different vendors and usually send all the items in the same package, this for me is very important.
I am being asked a proof of identity and an address proof before order can be shipped. This is beyond absurd. Should have never trusted this Chinese data hog site. Below is full text of the message i got,

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
