After almost 3 months of claims, tickets, and chats followed by no-action from people at Gearbest I had to cancel my order and request a refund (which was received on time).
I bought item ******* (Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro) on a flash sale during 2018 Black Friday period, with a discount of 40%.
GearBest sold an item they didn't have in stock and they didn't care about restocking it, I can only imagine how many other costumers they made fun of... totally disrespectful behavior. How it is possible for a company with such great resources as Gearbest to not even try and resupply an item that was so hard sold is out of my understandings.
The only logic conclusion is that Gearbest just doesn't care about its costumers.
Two reasons for this ONE STAR rating:
- an item exchange or a refund is not a valid solution to this issue since Gearbest had both the possibility and time (I waited 3 months on their promises) to restock the item they sold: they just didn't want to / care to. (for reference bought item was Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro i7-8550U, it has just been released and will not be out of production anytime soon)
- offering an exchange for an item discounted by 40% with other items that have no discount is just unacceptable and pointless, really is playing your customers as fools.
I will never (try to) buy again from this untrustable company and I will be sure to leave negative reviews about my experience in every review-site I can find: so that other potential costumers will be warned.
Hopefully in the future this will stop Gearbest to keep violating the trust of its buyers without taking responsibility for it.

The order is divided into three orders and all arrived by DHL, very well... Although they took a while to send.
The first package was sent on January 28 and the last one was received on March 11... They had a lack of stock.
By DHL they arrive in Mexico in 5 days

No doubt it is one of the safest stores today, the gearbest has been very successful with its quality store, great prices and great service, I am satisfied and will continue to buy from the store for a long time, I simply love this store!
This earphones are amazing they have a very surrounding sound system and great bass level. I really love the shipping options on Gearbest when shipping to my country South Africa. I compared prices with other sites and Gearbest had the best prices. Shipping was cheaper than other sites and it was quick too which is why I like buying from Gearbest. The priority line shipping option is my favorite, this option is not expensive and is rather quick taking two weeks or less compared to Post office shipping option. This plus the crazy discounts and rewards puts this site as my number 1 international online shopping site.
All Gearbest needs to do though is add more products we need more MORE MORE HAHAHAHA"
Unacceptable waiting time, customer service is horrible!
2 months, and I'm still waiting for my order. It took them 18 days to dispatch the item, which they never told me. Today was the first time, I was actually able to talk to someone, previously they didn't give me a straight answers or they ignored me. Still, the person on the phone could not give me a valid reason for the delay. They talk about 30-35 business days as estimated time for delivery, which is still overdue today! They don't offer any compensations for their horrid service, this is an absolute joke!
UPDATE: 12th of March, STILL WAITING! They don't allow me to cancel the order either!

I have more then 250 orders from Gearbest. The shop has become very bad in past two years. The points system is broken. Shipping date information on their product page is totally false. Do not order anything if you want to save your nerves. The lower prices are just not worth it. Their support is also constantly lying and prolonging the shipping dates. You can even expect that product you have bought will be shipped after a month ( and even never in some of my cases) and the processing time was promised to be 3 days!. I am really sick of their lies and won't be buying there anymore.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
