I've done a number of purchases at Gearbest and so far they have all worked very well. Fast customer service and good quality product.
I order a phone from Canada and waited for a month but no update with the provided tracking #. Message Gearbest and was told to check with local custom?. Two months and still no update. Finally I requested a refund. Wonder if they ever ship the product and holding my money for two months. After 4 months it still show in transit when I check my order.
As for my application though it was a problem but we were able to bypass it with the support team and thank you very much for all the support
