Le pellicole e cover per i cellulari costano poco e il tempo di arrivo è mediamente sui 20 giorni, non sarà pochissimo ma ci mette sicuramente meno di altri siti cinesi.
Mentre i dispositivi elettronici con un valore più alto, tipo cellulari o computer, ci mettono mediamente 10 giorni.
Nel caso il prodotto non arrivi vieni rimborsato.

I bought a great case for Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite in the gearbest store.
The case looks beautiful, protects the camera and screen well. I have been using it for several months, I'm happy with everything and it looks like new.
I have been shopping on Gearbest often and never had any problem regarding an order, and if there is a problem related to a product which can happen some times Gearbest has an excellent customer service to solve the issue. I found them excellent when it comes to responding and solving any problem, that's since then I always shop on Gearbest with confidence.

I place an order on 19.08.2019. Gearbest took the money. Until now I did not receive my order and seems i will no longer get it.
Instead I contact these guys twice till now: at first they told me the product is no longer in stock, but going to be shipped in a week. After a week, they come up with a better excuse - the product is no longer being produced, so you need to pick another one and pay for the difference!
Now, that i look for ways to file a complain I realize that this is the way they operate! GEARBEST is a SCAM, be aware!
I can only imagine how many people are in the same situation as i am, but obviously Gearbest is still operating!

Gearbest is one of the best online shopping out there. I am very satisfied overall with the website. The website ticks all the requirement for me, whether it is shipping facilities, mode of payment and secure payment, best price, range of products and best discounts.
I also prefer their customer service compared to other shopping websites. I also like their flash sales and Points system where you can accumulate points with purchases, daily sign in, and reviews. The points can be used to get up to 30% discount!
My latest purchase was an aromatherapy humidifier (Order no. **************034) and I received my product in about 4 weeks and as described. I paid via Paypal and could use my accumulated points for discount. The product work as intended and I am very happy with the purchase.
I purchased recently a tempered screen protector for my Huawei smartphone (order #**************848), since they were impossible to find in my home country. After placing the order, Gearbest support (inventory control) told me that the item was not available -- whether this was automated or not I'm not certain -- and assured me that their supplier will send new stock within 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when my item was shipped, the exact same day they told me it was back in stock. They love giving the customer a unique shopping experience; these people are pros.
Also, their selection of Chinese phone brands are 100% authentic, and not counterfeits; surely these guys can't be beat.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
