Gearbest è un sito davvero fantastico. Per quanto riguarda soprattutto l'elettronica mi affido sempre a Gearbest. I prezzi sono sempre i migliori e la qualità dei prodotti è sempre molto alta. Si possono accumulare punti da poter poi usare come sconti per tutti gli ordini che si effettuano sul sito. Lo uso da anni e devo dire che non ho mai avuto problemi con i miei ordini e la loro spedizione. Davvero un sito affidabile e conveniente.

It have a great experience buying at GearBest.
Had small problems with my purchases but GB team made solution even send to me new products (or refund in 1-2 days). Fastest delivery was 8 days to Germany usualy 15-20 days.
I have been buying on Gearbest for a good amount of years so far. I heard about it around 4 or 5 years ago and curious as i am i decided to give it a try because of the good prices and the free shipping it has.
After years of shopping i can say Gearbest is an amazing store and it also has very good quality product. The shipping time is a bit long but it's really not a problem if you aren't in a hurry.
The support center is great and the few times i had problems or some issue showed up they promptly found a solution or fixed it. Not to mention the several flash deals or discounts or coupon or special offer such as Christmas, Easter and many others were you can find amaing deals!
I am really satisfied and i can only suggest you to start buying from it... you won't be disappointed, you can trust me! ;)

Worst experience ever. Avoid Gearbest at all cost. I ordered X8 Earbud and did not receive it for a month. Their support assured me that it will be shipped very shortly but another month has passed and nothing... The explanation given after 2 months waiting was that it was sold faster than expected LOL.
Gearbest are great if you receive what you've ordered and all is well.
However, if you have a problem, customer service is absolutely appalling. No one thinks they will be the one that receives a Chinese phone instead of the English phone they ordered, which is what happened to us Gearbest are very good at taking your money, in our case our 13 year olds Christmas and birthday money, but are extremely dishonourable when it comes to refunding their mistake, they have made every effort to prevent a refund, latest is a partial refund in dollars when we paid in pounds, with us having to pay the to and from pay postage to Alicante. We thought we'd be okay and we'd get what we'd ordered, but if you look through the reviews, this is a common theme for people who try to return products. Remember, it could be you!

I purchased a backpack for my laptop, after about two weeks it was delivered to me in Italy by the courier and the product fully satisfied me.
I have been shopping on Gearbest for more than one year and I had no issue regarding my orders till now.
Every time I asked questions, via chat or TT, I always received answers in a very short time.
Prices are low and sometimes you can find coupons, flash sale and discounts that allow you to save more money.
I usually pay with PayPal without any problems.
I've been shopping at gearbest for a few years now and never had any problems with any purchases.
Shipping was always fast and communication very good.

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
