I ordered a Gigabyte Gaming 8 which I could not find on any competitors sites (Or my usual suppliers). I thought I would give Gear-up a try and was shocked when the motherboard was delivered two days later. No delivery damage and the board worked like a dream. Well done and you now have a new customer!

Gear-up has the most computer peripherals that you will not find in local market. Even the latest ones... they also have great customer service and always on time upon delivery.

I was in the market for a new monitor for my son. Gear-Up staff were very knowledgeable about the products and gave great advice. The monitor was delivered on time, as promised, and my son loved it!
I don´t even write reviews here, but now, I have to! My hdd crashed so i have selected one from their same day shipping catalog and it was delivered next day as promised. I'm really happy with this e-shop as the functionality and their customer support is awesome. Glad these service are on Middl East. Thumbs up!
My 1st and only experience (so far), i bought a 5.25" internal card reader for my PC from them and what i have to say or i have noticed is:
(a) They sent the item in it's original box ONLY, it just arrived as it is so there were no protection packaging for the cases of falling or bumping or poor handling (Definitely a mistake from them), it's a small item and it was only put in the courier/shipper plastic bag!
(b) The box itself had signs of wear, tears and bumps (courier's fault) even though they were relatively minor however, luckily the item inside was in perfect brand new condition.
(c) The shipping of the item was actually slow considering that it's from a neighboring country (Emirates), it took around 20 days to arrive from a neighboring country while items from Amazon take 10-14 days to arrive from the US which is located i other continent!
Would i buy from them again in the near future? I probably would, but i hope this kind of negligence and these silly mistakes never happen again because it won't be tolerated.
I purchased new PC set up for gaming and the guys from Gear-up.me helped me from the idea of selecting the right parts through the compatibility check to actual building of the PC and then they delivered it at the exact time they have promised and confirmed with me. Really great stress free experience. I'll be using them for all my IT projects from now on.

This shop is well customer oriented. I didn't have my visa card open for online shopping so the guys offered me other payment options and guided me through the whole payment process. I selected bank transfer. After I made the payment they processed the order within few day and I just received my order perfectly packed in bubble wrap and I can't wait set it all together and start playing. I will nee better monitor soon so I will purchase it fro Gear-up.me again!

I had a hard time getting my item shipped to the carrier which took them 2 weeks of delay even thou the item stated in their website as "In Stock".
The biggest problem is the carrier they use which is SpeedEx. Not only they F@#K around with you, but also if you try to contact them it will take ages for their customer support to pick up the damn phone.
Finally, I know the idea of finding a good e-retailer for PC and laptops is appealing since they have a wide variety of items, but it's not worth the wait. The amount of time you will spend waiting can be spend gaming or using the item which you bought from near by retailer or buying it from more trustful e-retailer like amazon or Ebay
I ordered a Cooler Master Thunder 600w PSU from Gear Up, simply because they were the cheapest. Delivery was within the time-frame they specified and the product works as detailed.
I can't talk about their quality of customer service or anything about the returns policy as I did not use it.
On the whole, I would definitely buy from them again.
Great help with upgrading my PC. They have even suggested cheaper items more relevant for my usage. I can only recommend to shop here. Thumbs up!
