Gear-up.me is amazing. Their customer support service is brilliant. I received original creative sound blaster audigy rx and Creative E1 in a brilliant condition. Only once I wanted to change order which cant be changed as it was already shipped, which I understand that it will take alot of time and will cost more, which i decided not to change. Brilliant store. Their prices are also very low compared to amazon uae. . I will definitely recommend.

I ordered some PC flight simulator controls from Gear Up (Thrustmaster Warthog). They were initially out of stock, but Maynard from Customer Service went out of his way to help me get them quickly. Every step of the way from the online experience to actually going into their office Dubai was very positive. I'm very satisfied with their service and I will definitely go back to them for my computer needs. I especially am impressed with their prompt and responsive communication over email or by phone. This company is really great as they provide instant service and treat anything and everything with extreme care. Recently my PCs ram broke and I emailed them, a very short time later they told me the would retrieve it that day and give it back to me the next day. I got it and it worked perfectly with low charge as my warranty for 12 months had expired. I would highly recommend this company as they are great and really kind and respectful to their customers!
