I'm so disappointed in garage clothing. I spent over 900$ in online purchases. Many items came in ripped and the wrong sizes. When I went in stores to return the 7 items, I was told my money would go back on my cash as they were unable to give me cash. I received 1 payment for 2 items returned... and that was it. After waiting for the other 5 items over 2 weeks I called the customer service number for garage clothing and could not speak with a manager as they're were "none available" (so happens every time I called there wasn't any manager available). I was suggested to provide receipts and more information as now they asked me to prove it was my money. I sent several emails containing order numbers, screenshots of the 5 items I haven't received, my online receipts, and in stores receipts as I had to repurchase items and was told it would be okay because all items returned would show up back on the card. I've went through the process of calling, being told I will get a call in the next 24-48 hours as a manger isn't available, then I don't receive a call instead I get another email saying I need to send more receipts, more information just to have my money returned for items I don't even have. I'm just so exhausted and done with the clothing company I wanted to spread awareness to anyone else that might try to purchase clothing online from this company as they steal customers money for returned items. I'm going on week 4 of this and they're still "further investigating".
We spent well over $100 in the Fort Wayne Glenbrook Square Mall and the asked if we wanted to buy a bag for 15 cents... we said no and the just slid the clothes towards us with no bag... fortunately we had very nice free American Eagle reusable bags to put it in. Are you kidding me? Seriously?
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered items online and had to return one of them. It's been over a month and they haven't given me a refund. They said they would process it 10-15 business days after delivery and it's been way over 15 business days and they've given me no refund. I've contacted them 3 different times. The last time I contacted them specifying it's overdue for a refund they stopped responding. POS Customer service! They claim it's an easy refund but it's not, it's easy for them because they won't refund you.
No sales here! Ad came on facebook on Nov 18 2020, some kid singing something, last words on the jingle was "who the f*** are you?
I ordered from them in June, received notification that my items shipped and then didn't receive half of my items! I contacted them only for them to tell me to contact UPS. Okay, so I check my ups tracking and it says "shipping label made" but it hasn't been received! It never even got to UPS.
So I contact them and they keep dodging it and not refunding me or sending me items I paid for!
THEY ARE A SCAM YOU NEED TO AVOID!
Garage used to be my go to store, but now everything I buy there is twice as expensive and rips within a few wears. It's a shame how far downhill this company has gone.
Ordered three things from them two and a half months ago, sweatpants, a shirt, and jeans. Two of the things shipped separate from each other and the third item never shipped at all. I wasn't charged for the third item which was the jeans, however it's the one I needed the most. I emailed customer service twice. The first time they told me an item had shipped and to let them know if I receive it (however they were talking about the shirt, which I had already informed them had arrived along with the sweatpants). The second time my email was never replied to. It's shady not knowing which of the things you order will arrive and which things will not be shipped at all with ZERO explanation as to why.
I ordered 3 products and one was wrong in the order. I contacted them and they said they couldn't send the right product but if I wanted a refund I had to send back the wrong item. I did and now have no product and no refund. I paid for an item I never got and have written NANCY GUILLAUME in Customer Service and have got nowhere. Taken up so much of my time.
I was in the Chinook mall garage clothing.
I went to try on some clothes and the employee in change completely treated me like I was diseased.
Like garbage actualy. I have never felt so upset about shopping for clothes and trying on some clothes this happened oct 12/2020. When I did tell her she could have better customer service and be nicer to customers, she then said yaya whatever.
I was so suprise but more upset they would have this girl working for them. I will never go back to any of there stores ever again.

I shopped with Garage through their app, (which is HORRIBLY coded) the app needed to be force closed multiple times to even function.
That aside, I placed my two items in the cart and proceeded to check out. Two days later I receive confirmation about shipping, but was notified the items would ship separately. No reason specified.
First item arrived in a timely manner, but still no information about second item has been sent. So I called customer support today to be told I was never charged because the item was out of stock. Apparently, the app lets you add things to your cart that they don't even have.
Now I'm frustrated, because I wouldn't have purchased the second item to go with the missing item, and they dont even have the colors I want anymore. A waste of my time.
I have never had such a terrible experience. I made a return on an item because the size didn't work out for me. The tracking shows the return was delivered back but I still have not gotten my refund. I called them so many times to complain and they said they don't know why I have received it yet. I'm going to open a case through PayPal. Also, If you call their customer service they are so unprofessional and trashy as if they hired just anyone off the streets. Last thing, their website and app SUCKS. It's always have issues with viewing your order history and tracking. STAY AWAY!
Usually my daughter and I would shop in store- never had issues. But since the pandemic, my daughter decided to order online a pair of pants she wanted. When making the order, it created the order 5 times and charged us 5 times! I called customer service immediately and they told me they could not cancel the order, we would have to wait for the pants and return them. Then, about 1-2 weeks later we received an email stating our order is cancelled because of the pants being out of stock and they issued a $9 gift card. I called and asked why we were issued a $9 gift card when the pants themselves cost almost $50 per pair... times that by 5! They tell me they have to forward it to their finance department for further investigation. Since then I've called multiple times, since now we are going on almost 2 months since the order was completed- and have not received a full refund. Every time I call, I get told the same thing- they have to forward it to the finance department and a Supervisor will call within 1-2 business days. I still have yet to receive this call. And I keep getting the same run around. Terrible service. It does not take 2 months to refund an order that YOU cancelled.
I purchased my first order from Garage Clothing store.
My entire order came in SEPARATE in loose poorly secured packages.
The tracking link never worked for me and I never got an email from the company about my packages arrival and delivery. They all trickled in randomly wrapped in half effort packing.
I've been trying to return an item, their website doesn't have easy navigation to return an item.
I can't search my order history on my account which therefore doesn't allow me to process a return label, I can't look up my order through the tracking option because it defaults when I try, saying that there is an error.
This is a terrible experience with Garage Clothing and I will not be purchasing from them again.
I've ordered multiple times, and every single time I've received a piece of clothing that I absolutely hate and absolutely did not order in place of something I did. When I reach out they always say "send back the item and we'll give you a refund". No, I want what I ordered. You can't just send people things they didn't order because you ran out or no longer have what the person ordered. It's completely ridiculous, a waste of our money and Our time. I'm never ordering from garage again. That's like going to a restaurant and ordering a burger and the server coming back with wings and not caring that it's not a burger lol. I'm over garage, I would never suggest to anyone to order online through them. I get better service from shein which is funny because garage is more reputable than them
To start off the staff at Garage always has attitude! I mean let's face it, they don't own the store, relax! Secondly even on the phone with customer service, also terrible.
My daughter and I were so excited to purchase fabric face masks from them online, colours were really nice. Well, once they arrived, they were super big, were they made for Shrek? I called in and explained how big they are considering it's a young woman's store and the masks are huge. They didn't care. They said fnal sale. I have 3 masks I can't use, wasted my money and they won't take it back as defective merchandise. Who does that? All retailers take back merchandise that isn't as it should be. I've called them several times before I got someone to answer. They do not answer emails and they didn't return any of my messages, I had to keep calling in. Terrible store to deal with.
I JUST purchased a bungee tank and wore it 3 times and it snapped in the wash. The quality on these tanks is $#*!. Do better.
I just bought leggings and put a pair on and the seam in the inner leg ripped. The quality isn't there I won't be purchasing the garage leggings again.
Purchased a pair of shorts online during the covid 19 shutdown. Waited till the stores reopen to return and was told it would refund my card automatically in 3to 5 days WHAT? I refused to leave the store without any confirmation that I returned the shorts. Stood there waiting then finally a email came in. Now it's been 3 days still no money in my account and furthermore the confirmation email states I will be getting $38.69 but I paid $43.69 free shipping. What is going on here they charge you $5. For a return? BUYERS BEWARE DONT SHOP HERE!
I placed a large order as I've previously shopped at Garage in person many times and never had a problem. Since it was a large order, it got shipped in several packages. Then I realized that I needed to sign for the packages to receive them, which I was not warned about, and I wasn't in town so I decided to return the packages, and requested they be returned through UPS.
UPS returned all of the packages on the same day except one, which for some reason was returned two weeks later than the others. This would be fine, except it has been OVER A MONTH since Garage received the last package, and still have not refunded me for the items. This was the largest package out of all of them, and I have called and emailed customer service many times and they say that they will "elevate the issue to the proper department" and never provide any actual help.
I placed a smaller, separate order from Garage when I got back in town, and decided to return some of the items. They were returned far after the other packages were, but somehow I have gotten a refund for those items before I got my refund for the previous order.
This is completely unacceptable, and it definitely feels like they are trying to steal my money. There is definite proof from UPS that the package was delivered back to Garage and signed for by someone named Teddy. I would not order online from Garage ever again.
The app sucks. They dont provide any reliable tracking info. I cudnt track my package. One of my package hasnt arrived. It's almost a month. Their customer service is awful. I called and was made to wait for a long time and still nobody responded. Worst experience of shopping online and would never recommend this brand to anyone.
Answer: It's similar to American Eagle, but it's a bit cheaper depending on what you're looking at. The jeans from Garage are cheaper but equal quality to American Eagle, but American Eagle has more options. The shirts from Garage are super soft and amazing material. Garage is probably my favourite store.
Answer: Totally legit! I've never been from there scammed before. Clothing is great quality.
