I ordered 3 pairs of jeans that originally was less than $100 but once I checked out and submitted my order the app duplicated the same pair of Jeans 3 times so I ended up paying almost $200. The package was suppose to arrive April 13th but said it was delayed ever since and now the tracking has EXPIRED and still has not showed up. This place is a f**king SCAM. They literally stole my money. You're not able to fix or cancel your order which is a huge red flag in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM GARAGE CLOTHING. I would rate it 0 stars if I could!

My daughter bought several items at this store and was not given a receipt. She did not feel comfortable trying on the items because of Covid and the lax atmosphere in the store for personal safety. When we tried to return the items, the store refused because she did not have a receipt. A Catch-22. I showed the store "keyholder" (she said that made her the manager) the charge on my credit card but she said that was insufficient. The store is engaged in fraudulent retail activity - they don't give a receipt and then refuse returns because the customer does not have a receipt. Parents, DO NOT let your children patronize this store if you ever want them to be able to return unwanted merchandise. I called the Garage customer service line and they would only say that they had to defer to the store. When I asked to speak to a manager they said I had to leave my number and someone would call me back "in the next few days." Horrible customer service.

I have ordered from here multiple times before and i used to get exactly what i ordered. The past 3 times i've ordered i have gotten nothing even close to what i had ordered. I ordered a shirt and just received a pair of shorts! Totally unacceptable and not happy

I didn't know it at the time because I never knew racial profiling existed when I was in middle school. As a junior in high school, I realized I was racially profiled. In middle school, I bought too many items from Garage and so I needed to return and get a refund. When refunding my items, they made me give them a verification ID of me. I am Asian American and I just thought this was normal for any clothing store until now. In many other clothing brands I have shopped and returned for, NONE has ever asked for a verification ID, only my first encounter of returning items which was at Garage. I have not realized this until now in high school being racially profiled. They told me that they ask EVERYONE for their id when they return items, so at the time I didn't question it. I just read their return policy and it never included NEEDING a verification id.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! Their so called customer service is useless and incompetent... returned my purchase 3 weeks ago and followed up with why I haven't received a refund yet. I was given the run around after numerous emails (I showed proof of delivery via UPS with the label THEY provided) for them to tell me they never received my package. Finally called their 800 number to be told I had to follow up with UPS and this isn't their problem. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Awful service

I ordered 2 leggings size M and S I just received an email that its been partially shipped while on the website it allowed me to add it in the card and after I contacted the customer service to cancel all because I don't need one. The guy in customer service was so rude and asked me to return once i receive it! I don't have time to go and return for something was not my mistake. First it shouldn't let the item to be added in the card if its out of stock, second they have to call and inform if they don't have part of the order.

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS

Ordered a coat, returned it, and the return credit was made to a card not belonging to me. Customer service gets you no where, only spins you around in circles until you're so frustrated you just want to stop. They sent me a fraudulent email receipt with the credit card saying "? 2881" when I payed with Apple Pay. Seems to be a recurring issue with this company, STAY AWAY! Don't expect to get any money back from this terrible company.

Clothes sent to wrong address

Ordered online and my clothes were sent to the wrong address. I tried to call and email and even went to the store but no one replied to any of my responses. It's been 3 months now and no one has given me any solutions or help. NEVER shopping here again. Very disappointing that similar situations have happened like this before.

It has been three weeks and my jeans have not even started shipping. I did get two of my orders though. I have tried emailing Garage and they have not answered. It's my first time trying out Garage and so far I am dissapointed.

I ordered a pair of jeans in a size 1 (because my size 0 garage jeans are too small) and when they arrived they were huge (makes no sense but sure). So, I had to return them. I sent them back and waited over 20 days before they actually refunded me. They never even sent any confirmation email saying that my order was successfully returned, so I had to wait and keep checking my bank account to see if I had gotten my money back. I had originally paid with a gift card and my debit card, and since I had gotten the money back in my bank account, I had assumed that they had also put the rest of the money back on the gift card (again, I had never gotten any emails regarding the return, much less an email with a new e gift card). I decided to order a couple of shirts I really wanted with the gift card, but when I put the gift card number and pin in, it said the balance was $0. I emailed customer support informing them of this, and it took 3 days to get a reply. By this time, the shirt I had wanted most was sold out. I was told that they sent a "return email" with an e gift card, so I checked every folder in my mail and even searched for it. I didn't find anything at all so I had to email them again and am still waiting for a reply. Rip to the shirt I wanted :/

I really wish they would sell more shirts and sweaters that aren't cropped. I used to wear clothes from here constantly but now I can't because I can't really wear cropped shirts and sweaters to work. Sad I can't buy much from here anymore.

I have always been a fan of garage clothing although the experience I had today has made sure I will not be shopping at garage any more. Their app is garbage, their website is complete trash. Today they had a promotion of 40% off until noon, we tried for an hour (on the app and on the website) to proceed with our checkout, we phoned customer service (had a terrible experience with an awful and very rude lady who in turn hung up on us) then we tried one last time, and our order went through at 12:01, we were happy until we realized that we no longer received the 40% off deal. Highly DO NOT recommend Garage Clothing and ya lets be real the deals are great but you definitely get what you pay for!

I've worked in retail for 7+ years. I've dealt with horrible and unreasonable customers, and what a lot of these difficult customers have in common is this sense of entitlement that something didn't go their way. Coming from this background I have a very reasonable outlook to understand companies policies, and a clear mind to judge off of what's unreasonable. On the upside I love love love this companies clothes, a bit overpriced for the quality but they are super cute/comfortable. But the actual company itself is by far the worst company I've ever shopped, and after my bad experiences with customer service it's not worth giving my business here anymore. I returned some items a few days ago that still had the tags on them within 30 days, I believe it was 10 or so days. The employee made it as difficult as possible for me, she picked up each an every item and magnified it and refused a couple shirts, one of them was a black sweater that had a tiny bit of dust on it which I believe it was from the desk from when I slid it over to her.
I understand companies policies, but they were outright just trying to be difficult. I had a good attitude throughout all of it and know from experience that making a scene doesn't do anything, so there was no reason on why she treated me that way.
Another time I shopped there right before this they had asked me for my information for 10% off. After spending 300+ On tops and pants i realized why not, it's worth it. I put in all my Info and at the end of the transaction she said that it isn't eligible, and wouldn't do anything about it. I said no problem and went home and checked fine print in this discount. There's no reason on why it shouldn't have worked, but just the fact that the employee didn't do anything about it/could care less. It's a shame that this was one of my favorite places to buy clothes, customer service is truly everything

Made an order on black friday of about 12 items. I received less than half and it's been over 3 weeks. I complained and am not even being refunded. They claim to have sent all items in the same package but how could 12 items fit in a small package? Who's stealing from me?

Wrong Items

I ordered some merchandise and used expedited shipping in order to receive it by Christmas. I received the WRONG items on Dec. 18th. All they can offer me is a stupid coupon? No care about the order. No "let's try to get you the correct order by Christmas". NOTHING, just a stupid coupon. NEVER, EVER will I shop at this Garbage Co. Again.

Great store!

I've been shopping at Garage for a long time. I love it! The clothing is great quality. Very trendy. Everyone in the store is super helpful as well! Super friendly and patient. A bit pricy but worth it.
Once I ordered two pairs of different pairs of socks. Rather than getting one pink pair and one purple pair, I got two pink pairs. One of the pairs of socks still had those ink things on it to prevent people from stealing. I took it into the store and they didnt mind taking it off but it was a major inconvenience.
If you're wondering about sizing for jeans, I'm a size 2 at American Eagle and a size 1 at Garage.
