Changing delivery dates. No access to management. No access to the nebulous "shipping department". Then, they have the audacity to offer to refund 95% of your money for a "cancelled order" weeks or months after a promised deliver date. "Buying" form them amounts to making an interest-free loan to them for the pleasure of weeks of frustration and deceit and apparently, if your lucky, you get 95% of your money back. I would NEVER do business with this company again and I HIGHLY recommend that you do not make the same mistake I have.
