Have not received order. Have sent several emails, no response. Made several phone calls, set on hold for 12 to 20 minutes on 3 occasions, never pickup.
This is an updated review... so after waiting for a ridiculous amount of time (3 months after check cleared and product was verified in stock) I received my order... VERY happy with product, very unhappy with delivery and update info from customer service... phone messages not returned, email inquiries not followed up... but the products were finally delivered...
On Aug. 14,2023, I ordered 5 Christmas Silver Rounds. On Wednesday, Aug. 23,2023, I submitted a request regarding the status of the order. This request was made before 9AM EST and as of 6:00 PM EST, I have not heard a word. What does this say for a company that touts Great Customer Service. NOT!

We ordered gold and silver on 4-13-23 (our original order total was $2,267.71) and were told via phone they did not have the gold and did not know when it would be in. We received our shipment on 6-9-23 and the silver was delivered but NO GOLD was included, which the amount we paid for the gold was $1,148.68. The package was carefully searched and there was no gold. The enclosed statement said "random date" which aligned with what the customer rep told us-that they didn't know when the gold would ship. We waited 6 weeks and still no gold had been delivered so my husband called Gainsville and was told they would investigate and get back within a couple weeks. Over a month later, after still hearing nothing from them and no emails, we called again today and the woman we spoke with said they have pictures of the gold they sent but they will not share their "investigation photos" with us because they said it's for their info only. They are saying we have to launch a police investigation as they are not responsible and then the rep said "Your husband threw it away." When I asked how she would know that and accuse of such, she quickly did some backpedaling trying to distract from that comment. On their website under this order shows the status bar as "shipped" but the bar does not extend to the completed status which would be "delivered", which in our mind shows even more they do have not have the complete order showing as delivered since the gold never shipped. I have a screenshot of that information. We asked for our money back or send the gold and they are unwilling to do either.
They have excellent customer service, they are very attentive, they advise you very well and they respond quickly,

No where did it say or did anyone i had contact with say it would take over a month to ship. Prices of metals change way faster. Lost a lot of money In The wait I again was never Informed of. Placed an order from competitor and recieved the coins placed 2nd order and recieved the coins, all while still waiting just to ship! Beware.

My order is now close to six weeks out after check cleared... what a pain. Are they waiting on the Mexican silver mine that shut down? Lol. It doesn't appear that this business is operating out of inventory.
There is little communication from them other than when I call and they tell me that my order is in the que. It has been two months.
They have pathetic customer care. Order something from here & forget about it. Their shipment delays are a nightmare. Even after 1 month of my order, they could not tell me when the order will be shipped. It is like an indefinite delay. There is no communication on the delay, or for your order until you call them. I experienced the same thing, & customer rep said they cannot check anything, & tell when it will shipped, as they do not have access. So in short, order something & forget about it.
Answer: I wouldn't sell my coins to Gainesville I would use an online service like Monex or Kitco
