FWRD does a great job at delivering items on time. I also like how customer service offer resolutions. The only downside is I wish they offered better discounts. Can't have stock for 3 seasons ago selling almost at the same price.
Called back to cancel an order i placed by mistake. Got connected with a rep right away, she was very nice and professional, placed item on hold for me to try to buy with finance option since was last of this size.
Return credits take a long time. Have received an item that wasn't what I ordered. An item I ordered got flagged as "worn," when I had not worn it and that delayed the exchange I was waiting on.
On the plus side, FWRD has some really great items.
