I understand that it can be frustrating when the first payment for my initial purchase hasn't been refunded yet. Other than that, I've had a positive experience with FWRD.

I gave them a "1" because "0" wasn't an option. This is the absolute WORST company to deal with. They are fundamentally dishonest. We ordered a very expensive cold laser (almost $6,000) that we never received. It was supposed to be delivered with a signature guarantee, but it never arrived. There was no proof of delivery on the UPS website, and UPS would not provide any information directly to us. REVOLVE+FWRD charged us anyway, and even though we tried repeatedly to obtain a credit from them, they instead refused to provide us with any documents or information to in any way confirm that we had received the item. They also refused to provide us a credit, and instead told us to initiate a chargeback with our credit card company, promising us repeatedly that they would would do everything they could to support us. We filed a dispute of the charge, but they did the complete opposite. They objected to and opposed our chargeback request. When I reached out to them again to request that they provide us with the same documents & information they sent to our credit card company, they initially said they would, but then changed their minds and again refused to do so. REVOLVE+FWRD is a fundamentally dishonest company that should absolutely NOT be trusted. They lied and misrepresented themselves to us repeatedly, and refused to follow through on anything they said they would do. RUN, don't walk, and never do business with this terribly dishonest company.

I ordered the wrong sized item and my call and update was handled promptly and was painless. The order arrived quickly as well. Looking forward to doing business again.
