Fullerspace is a SCAM! They will take your money send you BS emails, and you will not get anything you ordered. Again FULLERSPACE IS A SCAM COMPANY! Shame on them for taking advantage of people!
Like the others, I fell for the okey-doke. I thought this company was based in Texas and I'd get my masks reasonably quick. Well, it's been well over a month since I got the tracking number. It says my package has been in Jamaica since May 12. When I email the company, "Sarah Smith" just sends me the same tracking number and offers me a 20% discount for another purchase. At this point, I've emailed 3 times with the same response. I just want my money back, I'm being scammed. Thank God I purchased with PayPal. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I ordered 10 masks on February 24th from a post On Facebook. It appeared to be coming from a company in Texas. I've since found out it's someone in China... I've yet to get the 10 masks that I ordered. They were good to send me emails at first with "updates" on the progress of "making" the masks and then all of a sudden the emails stopped. I've sent multiple emails to the email address and you get a email back from an American name all having last name of Smith. The first email said it had already been sent to the shipping company and the second email said it hadn't been shipped yet, but that they would send me a tracking number when it was shipped. I received a fake tracking number a week later. There was like 1 update on that tracking number(not even making it out if China) and then the updates stopped. That was 10 days ago!
I told them that I wanted a full refund on my order since they obviously have no intention of sending me my masks... Their response was that they would give me a 5% refund, which would total $2.97 of my total order of almost $60! Still waiting, but I doubt I Will ever receive any masks!
I too got suckered in by the beautiful pictures and professional looking website. I ordered a set of masks on April 28th and got several emails updating me on the status. But a month later when I still had not received shipping or anything they told me that it would be shipping in the next few days. I never received a tracking number and they kept dancing around every time I asked for one. Such a shame that companies are taking advantage of people during such a hard time. I'm glad I only lost $30 but I'm still angry that there are horrible people like this out there.
I ordered 2 mask back in March and just received one today. I was going to dispute the charges but I wanted to give this company a chance since we have all been through so much the last few months. Mask does fit and I am able to breathe easily. I can't wait to receive the other. Mom always told me to just have patience and I did with this one and I'm so happy I did.
I wish I had looked for reviews before I paid them 35 dollars. This is a scam and these people belong in prison. Don't buy anything from fullerspace.
This company it a fraud! I too have been scammed. I ordered two masks back in early April and have yet to receive them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I received an email stating there was a delay in shipping due to the worldwide pandemic. I was even stupid enough to order an additional mask at that time! I cannot believe I was so naive! I know better! I should have checked. They took me for $70.85. One tracking number doesn't even have an item that can be found and the other says my package is in Jamaica! It takes a special kind of evil and total lack of conscience to cheat people out of money especially during these uncertain times!
I ordered 4 mask April 9th. After inquiring anout my order 3 weeks later I received an email from a Sara who stated my order had shipped! 2 weeks later I emailed requesting a tracking. Sarah emailed and stated more order was held up do to them waiting on supplies. I respond back with the question, " I thought my oder had shipped? Sara then responded she couldn't find my order using my email, i sent a copy of the confirmation, I then get a new email apologizing fir the delay.

Ordered 2 fire depart masks and one ems mask with my name on it totaling 85.00 and back in april and they say they have sipped by may 1st but the postal service does not have it and im just getting bull from them, so tonight I have filled a report with the BBB on them and it seams that the BBB already has reports filed on them.
This site is run by con artists. After a month and a half of demanding a refund the package arrives. Expecting the carbon filtered mask I got what looks like to repurposed pairs of girls underwear fashioned to look like a mask. Turns out they are a Chinese manufacturing company which explains their poor customer service. DO NOT BUY!
I am a postal worker that was suckered into placing a order for 2 masks and a carbon filter. The say that they have filled the order and have sent it on the way giving it to a so called shipping partner that there is no way to contact and it never gets to the usps and disappears into a black hole. Only order if you want to throw your money away. Fuller Space is a theif!

Do NOT ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE! A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I ordered over 2 months ago and still no mask. A bogus shipping tracker number and all was given, which states my order is in Jamaica NY since May 20th and yet today is the 28th. I live in NY!
Another pandemic money making fraud. They sent LOTS of follow up emails with the last one saying the masks are done. Then nothing... but a bogus tracking number. If anyone gets these asshats string them up by their gonads.
I have had the same experience as nearly everyone on this site. Ordered in beginning of April; paid premium for masks; got fake USPS tracking number; hilariously, received a notice from Fuller Space telling me they have fulfilled my order and asking me to rate my experience; still no masks anywhere to be seen.
SAW AD ON FASCEBOOK. GREAT PICS OF MASKS, ORDERED 3 AND AFTER OVER A MONTH NO MERCHANDISE. SIGN ME UP FOR THE NEXT FOOL. I HAVE SENT EMAIL, NO RESPONSE. GOT MULTIPLE EMAILS ABOUT BEING SLOW DUE TO COVID AND WOULD BE COMING. CONTACTED PAYPAL TO GET REFUND DUE TO FRAUD.
Order a mask first of April and getting false tracking information from the company. Will never due business with them. Plus I'm a first responder and ordered mask for protection. This is a scam!
I want to update my review, after about 7 weeks my masks were finally delivered. They were nice and well made, I believe they kept taking orders that they couldn't fill.
I ordered 2 masks & 10 filters on April 15,2020 and the $ left my account on the same day! I never recieved a tracking number, though I requested one several times via email! ( what a joke!) All I got/ get is blah blah blah we want our customers happy blah blah blah! Lip service but definately no customer service! They offered me apologies and 10% refund! Haahaa! Plus I have nothing to show for my money, so I feel violated and angry! They dont even deserve 1 star!
I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but what good will that do since this sham outfit is in CHINA!?
I did file with PayPal, so hopefully they can get my money refunded. I have never had a problem on- line until now!
I did contact my bank and blocked my debit card and have to go to the bank to get a new one, which is a HUGE pain in the rear, as now I get to go to all my auto- pays and re- enter the new card! The bank said their fraud department looks into these matters and I will be refunded my money, she also said that this way they will have none of your banking info, since they're already thieves!
So my advice is do the same thing with YOUR bank to get your money back and always use PaPal for safety.
I ordered 2 face masks April 4th. After repeatedly reaching out a usps tracking # was issued 9n may 1st. It is now may 26th the usps has not received the packages and the company does not respond at all. I am reporting them to my bank as fraudulent charges!
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
Answer: Nope 3 months and still waiting here it's a scam. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for it. Lesson learned
