Not programmed with vin internal fault pcm we are in uk very bad customer service not as advertised very disappointed with this company
Had to send the first computer back because of an eprom issue was told issue with car over charging but old computer had code for cam sensor and no eprom code.so I installed old computer back in car and found the new just installed cam sensor was bad when it gets hot so replaced it again drove it around with now issue code gone so I reinstalled the new computer they sent back to to me after they fixed it while sitting at an idle and give some rpms I noticed the interior light pulsating so I turn the car off and restarted it and bang check engine light came on and pulled code eprom error so reinstalled old computer.they told me no warranty bc they fixed it once so be careful using flag ship one computer bc the computer was the issue
Took longer then said and didn't even get any updates to at least tell me why I had to email you guys to get any update at all my customer asking questions and me not having any answers to give
All speed sensors were replaced, The brain was replaced by one from you. The abs brake package was replaced, and I find when the engine is cold it seems all lites are out as should be but after 5-10 minutes-they all come on again.
Think the car will be sold cheap.

Ok, I received the unit. We installed it and my truck still ran bad. My distributor is loose. So I am going replace it with a new distributor and clamp. Once we get that done then I will inform you. I had to order the part.
My PCM was broken so bought a replacement here. Was skeptical but it has been 2 months and working great!

A/c function was bad. Waited weeks. You guys always do this. Might work for a foyer but to run a business you aren't it
Product was used and painted. Tabs were broken off. Was able to get the unit connected but was very difficult.
Update: Ended up sending the unit back for replacement. Took a couple weeks for the exchange but the pcm works great!
2nd time I have used Flagship #1 Best price & good communication. Don't bother with others, one of which is arrogant know it all thieve.I'll live name out because still arguing with them. I don't know exactly what failed on mine twice, I believe brittle connectors/harness issues. 26y in desert,sun cooks everything. Hope I found the problems,everytime you mess with find something else.

Wouldn't think a malfunctioning ECM would cause so many problems. But the refurbished ECM from you solved a cylinder misfire code, stuck injector, and cancelled out AC operation. All fixed now.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
