When I was looking around for an ECM for my 2002 TOYOTA, nobody had it, so I found Flagship One, the agents on the chat line were decent and helpful. I am still waiting for my ECM to arrive, its not a total of 8 days since I ordered it. However, I guess they only do business days, so five days. I thought the agents were there to support the customer and provide feedback, i have checked in a few times to get the status of my ECM and a couple agents were almost rude and didn't want to help. My apologies for wondering, because $539 is a lot for something and I don't see any updates, nothing in email or anything. I sincerely hope this ECM works, for waiting over a total of 8 days so far including weekends, and me having to ask for an update, Im hoping its plug and play. The experience in buying the unit was great, the waiting process and follow up is not very good. I think the communication process should be updated as the ECM goes through it stages, not only for me but for everyone that does business with FS1. Oh, the LIFETIME WARRANTY I think is pretty cool, hopfully ill never need it but if i do its nice to know its covered as long as i own the vehicle. Overall my experience is good, except the communication process and the wait time, i do understand they want to make sure its good to go and programmed properly. Thanks again FS1. I will recommend other s to you.

Tried to order an ECM I was told I would get it 1 to 4 days. It actually took two weeks and still I didn't get the part. I ended up having them refund me my money which they were very quick about, but they were not quick about sending me my product that I paid for will never use them again.

Ordered an ECM that states in stock. Took my monies with no issue. 3 days later notified that I'm far that they did not have that ECM available. Then offered for me to ship mine off to them to repair for double the mine of a new one

I got a new ECM for my 2004 Prius. The part was correctly programmed to my VIN and arrived in just a couple of business days, and is working great in my car for less than a quarter of the price my dealer was asking for the part.

Very helpful double checked all the details to confirm before programming and shipping it out. Great service also received a lifetime warranty for my part which is a huge bonus for me. All in all if I needed their services again I would use them again.

Placed order easily. Jupeth L caught my error and corrected order. Order was sent and arrived in good shape. I installed PCM the day I received it and it is working fine and has corrected my check engine code attributed to the PCM by Ford. Thanks

I read all the instructions on the page before starting to order, had the VIN ready, and then ordering was very easy. The module has the exact FORD module part number, refurbished well on the outside, so I presume it is all new on the inside. Make sure to read all email contacts you get, because one of them is to register the warranty, which is a great warranty. Overall a good experience. Good communication, very reasonable order processing time, shipping via USPS to our home is sketchy (not Flagship1 issues), but it actually arrived early. Very happy customer.

Great experience. Part arrived and I installed. Vehicle operating as designed. Test drive with no issues.
This is the Third TCM put into this vehicle. First one failed out of warranty, $595. Second one failed just over a year later, out of warranty, $395 (Gave me a break on the labor). Hopefully this one will last longer.
I have gone through the fault check list (20 pages) looking for issues with wires and grounds and have not found any other issues.

This is the first time that I bought a PCM from Flagship One and I was not disappointed. It worked well with my car. Customer service was great! I even got a call from Herminio asking me if the unit was all good.
I was happy to find somewhere I could get the ECU for my Yukon and not need to take it somewhere to get it programmed. The instructions to complete the installation and on-vehicle key relearn are one page and easy to follow. Bonus, the ECU was extremely well-packaged!

I have recently ordered a PCM for a 2011 Ford Focus. I plan to put it on soon. I ordered another device a few years ago for our Dodge Dakota and it worked great.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
