We sent out unit and did not need repair. It was in good working order. Flagship tested it and sent it back, fast turn around. Very pleased. We had no other choice. Our truck is back on the road.

Very disappointed, month wait for ecm. Was charged $150 to test the ecm, even though what I wanted was a reconditioned one. Then when I finally get my "tested" one back it has less functionality than the one I sent to you. "Princess" in customer service basically told me there was nothing they could do and that it must be my problem. Well, I bought another ecm from an actual reputable supplier and it was plug and play and worked fine! My customer had to wait over a month to get their vehicle back. Thanks for losing me a customer!

But item did take over an extra week to receive, though you did keep me updated on various delays.
I neede a compter for my e350 ford van. Ford dealer told me about flagship one. I called them. Best decision i could had made. I ordered the computer for my van. It was program and delivered in about a week. They know what they are doing. Thanks for a job well done.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
