I ordered from this site well in advance to be delivered by Aug 5th as it was my boyfriends birthday. It came a day late and all melted! Extremely disappointed.
I placed an order 6 in the morning for same day delivery with a required time of delivery. I contacted customers service multiple times for a eta. They were not helpful at all. I wanted the gift delivered to a business that close before 3. They couldn't provide eta or call the company who's preparing the arraignment. After, a constant battle I asked for refund which by the way I spent almost 100 dollars on. They will not start the refund process until the vendor they used close for today and to call back later. This was the worst experience I've dealt with and disappointing because I truly wanted to surprise my dear friend on their birthday. This company should not exist if they are unable to deliver decent services
I ordered a Deluxe Fruit & Gourmet Basket - Medium for $99.99 USD and all up it costed me $107.70 USD ( $99.99 + $20.98 Shipping Charge - $15.00 Discount + $1.73 Tax). My friend received the Fruit Basket the next day and he sent me a photo of what he received. I was absolutely shocked because what my friend received was worth less than $20 (2 punnets of Strawberries & Grapes & 2 Bananas) and the basket did not look anything like what was ordered.
I emailed the Company twice to complain about the order but they did not reply to me at all. I was so angry and disappointed.

Do not order from this establishment. I ordered a fruit bouquet to be delivered to an office. My order specifically said to be delivered to a business. Three hours later they told me the order will be delivered anytime between 4 and 8 PM. I don't know of any regular business establishment that opens past five. Very disappointing. Will never order from bouquet.com again. Customer service was also very unhelpful.
This company is terrible. Not only did they deliver the fruit bouquet to the wrong address but they never delivered the 2 replacement bouquets. I eventually just requested my money back. I will never use them again.
Firstly, The fruit was received warm it was not at a cool or cold temperature. The pineapple was browned on the edges and the strawberries were molded. There was a lot of fruit liquid which indicated unfresh fruit. The next day it had my refrigerator smelling horrible. The smiley face had melted off before delivery and I found it in the liquid at the bottom of the bag. This was a gift and I hesitated to tell the sender but didn't want to risk the chance of them ordering from here again. They deserve a full refund not a partial refund. The fruit wasn't full like the picture and it was literally just thrown on top of some regular lettuce, no curly kale as pictured. Very disappointing as I'm vegan and was excited to receive a get well gift. The smell the next day was rancid. I couldn't believe it. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. Do better take pride in your company this is highly unacceptable.
I ordered a fruit bouquet for my daughter for her birthday. The first one that she received was not like what I ordered. I complained and they kindly sent out another one which was worse than the first. The first photo was what I ordered the other two photos are what she received.$75 for $5 worth of fruit and lots of greens.

I placed an order on a Friday to be delivered that following Monday to my coworkers in another state as a 'Thank You'. Around 2:30 EST on Monday I still hadn't received a notification about delivery so I called the customer service line. I spoke with someone who told me "they attempted delivery but no one was there." (That's BS) This is a business of 25+ people in office M/W/F (Tuesday and Thursday most work from home). I asked when they attempted delivery? She "didn't know but they can deliver up to 8:00pm". I told her it's a business, why in the world would they deliver at 8:00pm? She said "well ok 6:00pm." I asked for the # to the delivery service. She said she can't give that to me. I told her to make a note to deliver on Wednesday NOT Tuesday due to only 1 or 2 people being in office on Tuesdays. She confirms she sent the delivery company that message……well naturally these people delivered on Tuesday (the day I asked them not to) but thankfully the only coworker in that day was leaving around the time of delivery, otherwise it would've been a lost cause. Would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Horrible service, horrible experience. Not even a discount offered for inconvenience. Find another way to send a gift
Update: due to the heat, extra day of re-shipping and then sitting another day in the fridge so that my coworkers can actually enjoy it, the chocolate cracked off in a lot of places and looks a little funny although the presentation of fruit is still intact. (Get a new delivery company in St Charles IL)
I tried twice over two weeks to have a fruit bouquet sent to a friend. Both attempts failed. Never delivered. And what made it so awful is the complete lack of communication. I had to reach out to them. They never tell you anything. They keep sending me larger coupons to use and I will never ever use them again. Total fail.
The service sucks, I ordered a father's day arrangement and without me knowing the company changed my order to some crappy box of strawberries that have nothing to do with father's day. I decided to give this company a shot, and that was my mistake. First, the order was supposed to be delivered today. The company put a replacement order in for the 21st. Oh and a replacement order THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FATHER'S DAY. Also cancelling my order took about 40 minutes. The agents idea of solving the problem was to change the recipient, when the recipient is my dad and the whole point of this gift is for father's day. What kind of a solution is that. Also, this was the second agent I spoke with because the first one did not even answer any of my questions and passed me off to another agent. The lack of professionalism and care at this company blows my mind. I will never ever place an order here again and I will be telling all friends and family to do the same. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, THEY CAN NOT COMMUNICATE NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
On 6/1 I ordered a fruit bouquet for my sister who is bed bound after having surgery on her leg. It was to be delivered to her in CA on 6/2. It was delivered to the wrong address. Somewhere in SC apparently. So I spoke with a rep and was going to have it delivered the next day on 6/3. They literally did the same thing again! They said they would redeliver on Monday, but at this point I just want my money back. This is ridiculous! They would not refund me because it was already delivered to some random address! I am livid! They were so unprofessional about it. Honestly, I doubt it will even get there on Monday

I could kick myself for not reading this site first. 1-800 FLOWERS and all their companies are scammers to the nth degree. Sent smaller arrangement, took two hours to get a real refund vs. credit for next order. Gave another chance using fruit bouquets. THEY DIDN'T DELIVER IT and they can't tell me why or when they will. No help on chat, no help on call, no help on Facebook. They just don't care. They shouldn't take orders if they can't follow through. Their customer service is HORRID Tried the third time because I had purchased the Celebrations Passport - what a mistake. They don't hold up their end of the bargain and deliver what you order if they deliver at all - No refund, nothing.No image because no product was delivered

I am SO IMPRESSED with fruit bouquets.com. I decided last minute to send a graduation fruit bouquet to my daughter's office in St. Louis. I couldn't believe they actually had it delivered within just a few hours. She said it is fresh and beautiful. I 100% recommend!
I took a chance on ordering Fruit Bouquets instead of Edible Arrangements and it was a mistake. It was my grandson's birthday and all day he was waiting for this delivery. At 1030a I had a message that a delivery was attempted. I called Cust Svc and asked what type of attempt was it because the family was home. They didn't know and they didn't reach out to the local store or make any effort to find out. Then I received an email that the local florist might not have the fruit. I called several times during the day, sent several emails and they were all returned with the canned answer, "your delivery is scheduled to arrive by 8p". Of course it never arrived, they never made an effort to research and I disappointed my grandson on his birthday.
My daughter sent me a fruit basket for mother's day, and the fruit was slimy and hard. It came in a little pail with rotten lettuce in side. I had to throw out the basket. When I called customer service they would only refund half of her money. Very unhappy, will never use them again.
We tried to get flowers delivered for Mother's Day. They did not deliver the flowers either Saturday or Sunday. When I called that Monday, I was told that the agent was "so sorry" about 100 times and that they would handle the issue immediately and get the flowers delivered Monday instead. The flowers were never delivered. I called again on Tuesday to get a refund and was told that they could not issue it, since the previous agent had not finished processing the case. It took me about 30 minutes between holding and having the agent try over and over to get me to stop asking by giving me the same standard response that he could not modify the order anymore and ignoring my request for a manager, to establish that even a manager couldn't change an "open case" and that it should be processed within a day by the original agent, even though that agent already hadn't processed the order like he said he would. We finally determined that he would call me back when the other agent finished processing the order. Maybe 15 minutes later, he called back and processed the refund. So I did get my money back in the end. But, this was a huge waste of my time and my mother-in-law never got her flowers. This is the second time we have tried this service, and they weren't able to make the delivery on time the first time either. We will never be using this service again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
I ordered a for Mothers day 2022 from fruitbouquets.com for a delivery window of May 5-May 8th. They attempted delivery May 6th and the message did not provide a reason why delivery failed. It mention that delivery will be reattempted until successful. Mothers day was yesterday and my mother in law never received my gift. Today i have been on hold for a representative for over an hour now. I am highly irritated. We lost my husband and her son to cancer and I wanted to try to give her a little smile and to let her know that she is loved. I tried to track the order and it doesn't say what is going on. I paid by debot card so I can't cancel the payment. I clicked on something that said chat eith them but nothing opened. This company sucks and $80 dollars down the drain.
