Worst Experience Ever

I ordered a fruit boquete for my daughter in laws Birthday well in advance and was told they would deliver it between 8 am and 8 pm.
It was never delivered between those hours and when I called customer service they said it was delivered at 8:30 pm but took it back because could not get in contact with the receiver. This company never called anyone and never bothered to inform me the sender on what was going on. I had to call them to see why it wasn't delivered and had to cancel the order. If I had read the reviews on this company before I would had never ordered from them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Not good

Placed an order on the 31st before 1pm to be delivered on the 1st and it wasn't nor was I given any notification of the delay. I had to call this morning to find out where the gift was. My daughter's birthday was the yesterday. I paid a good amount of money and they would not even offer a discount but instead we're willing to lose all the amount by suggesting a cancle of the order. Now it will be delivered tomorrow which is 3 days after her birthday. Didn't offer a discount and even sarcastically said, a belated birthday wish. Very unsatisfied and they do not deliver on what they state on their website. I would try to find someone local instead.

I probably will not order again

I ordered the time for cake arrangement.
It arrived on time but did not look like the picture. It was very skimpy and not filled with fruit. I saw more of the fluff greenery then fruit. It was not worth my $114 dollars.
They get 2 stars for their efforts in identifying my delivery was for a guy and sending a blue balloon but i believe they can probably do better. I included a pic of what was sent vs was the original pic looks like. 2 stars for efforts.

Don't ever waisted your time or money

I ordered a simple fruit basket for my Mother's 85th Birthday. They said that an attempt was made and that the next attempt won't be until tomorrow. Lies...There was never a call never an attempt. Im not close to my Mother so I trusted this to brighten up my Mother's day. What a mistake. Please don't trust this company with your loved ones Happiness...

It was not delivered on the expected date even though I received 2 notices that it was
Dealing with customer service is poor at best. No help w hat so ever.
Upon delivery the next evening…fruit was spoiled and it had to be thrown away. No compensation was offered except for a coupon for the next order. Who would do that again.
Pictures show what was ordered and what was delivered.

Late orders/unreachable company

I originally started on the edible arrangements website when ordering this fruit basket and paid through the site only to find out the morning of the delivery that it was through a different company after spending over an hour on the phone trying to reach someone in their stores or in customer service to be told that my order didn't exist through them. I ordered this a week in advance for one of my coworkers birthday's and was unable to select a delivery time when ordering and was apparently transferred between sites while part of the ordering process. Was given two different order numbers 1 when confirming order completed and 1 when order was delivered. Was meant for a coworker that left at 1pm and was delivered after 3pm, and there was no company contact that I could find on trying to call them to see about making sure order would get to delivery place in time.

Fruit Bouquets - Time For Cake!

Absolutely appalling! The fruit arrangement that was delivered to my daughter-in-law in no way resembled the birthday cake as pictured. Not only was that a HUGE disappointment, the pineapples and grapes tasted disgusting! When you spend over $100 on a gift fruit arrangement, you expect it to be edible. At the very least!

Continuing problems

I really intended to use edible arrangements but failed to check the website that came up. Not until after I placed the order did I realize my error. That being said, the order was delivered but the card was wrong. So instead of a birthday greeting for my sister, the card she received said 'Happy birthday Daddy'! I called to tell them of their error and got someone for whom English was not their first language and the call was awful. He totally misunderstood the reason for my call. He had no idea how to spell even though I was taking pains to spell out everything. I have used this group before and swear it won't happen again.

Great assistance

Initially, I thought this was crap as I could not cancel my order online. However, when I called a costumer service agent, they were able to assist. Meldie did a great job, helping...On the other hand, do not use this site because you cannot obtain a refund for your canceled order.

Zero Stars - Item was never delivered!

It is very disappointing to order a gift to be delivered to someone and it never gets delivered! When I called 2 days after my email confirmation's promised delivery date, I was told that the they are sorry the product is "unavailable." Apparently, their website does not update when an item is "sold out" or "unavailable." All you get is an offer for a discount on your next order. BEWARE! A word of advice...Order your gifts from a more reputable website!

Don't waste your money

Save yourself the trouble and the embarrassment. Do not use this company. You can make better products at home in your kitchen. Customer service is horrible. I should have checked the other reviews before purchasing. Products do not look like whats on the site.The photos i added is what i ordered vs what i received. It was embarrassing to send this product to someone. I usually dont write reviews but i cant let someone else make the same mistake. I gave them 1 star because i have to.

I'm very disappointed! I ordered this Abundant Fruit bouquet for a celebration of life and paid extra to ensure it would arrive while family was present. My order arrived 9 hours late, was very small and looked like a child put it together! I paid $134.00 by the time they added in all of their fees. I highly do not recommend this company

Never will I order from this crappy $#*! business again my sister never got her birthday order they say delivery is from 9 to 8pm waited all day and nothing came and door dash is delivering not professional at all this company is $#*!ty i wish i would have searched the reviews first never ordering from fruit bonquet again and I advise no one else to at all and the customer service is terrible and there english is crap.

Moldy strawberries

Please do not order from here i received moldy strawberries after paying over 60 dollars for 12 of them. When I contacted customer service they were only going to give me half a refund then after talking to enough people I finally was able to get a full refund

Abysmal "customer service"

On September 12th, 2022, I placed an online order to Edible Arrangements under Fruitbouquets.com. Because I was sending the order to a business, I had to provide a specific location/dept. There wasn't a spot to cancel or edit the order, so I backed out. This occurred twice, and my account was charged 3x. I called immediately to cancel two orders the same day. My husband and I re-verified the cancellations on 9-14 and 9-15,2022. One charge fell off, and then, there was an additional "replacement" that wasn't requested, and I still didn't receive the second refund. Needless to say, we've spent several days at several hours with CSRs who didn't seem to understand English. Only ONE time did ANYONE apologize for my inconvenience, and the blatant disregard for the damage to my finances and bank account. I have several family members and friends who use this service, and I will be sure to urge them NOT to use this service. They are at best, incompetent. There are other services. Look elsewhere... for your OWN sake.
