Just wanted to let the community know the experience we had with fruitboquets.com near presidio. My daughter 10 yo and I ordered a mother's day bouquet for Mom and set delivery parameters from Friday to Sunday. The order was placed on Wednesday, so they had plenty of time to get it together and get it delivered. I called and the order was confirmed to be delivered on Sunday by 8pm. 8 pm came and went and the bouquet never showed up. No Mother's Day bouquet or email or any notification of any kind from them. I called at 615 am and asked to speak to a supervisor, they said u would be called back as soon as one was available. 3 hours later still no call so I called them back and was told 30 more min and one would call. 2 hours later still no call so icalled them back they said 30 more min. I gave them an additional 5.5 hours no call so I called back and got hung up on. So I called back, was placed on hold for 21 min and finally spoke to a supervisor. Long and short they canceled the order barely offered an apology and accepted no responsibility. If you need to order something for a loved one avoid this place like the plague. I would also avoid the rest of their affiliation of 800 flowers. Hope none of you ever have to deal with this.
Do not use this company! I ordered for my daughter 1 at Mother's Day and never receive they lied and said that there was an attempted delivery and there was not when calling the 800 number it sent me every where South Africa is the one I remember the most. I explained that there was never an attempted delivery and they argued that there was I got hung up on when asked to speak to a supervisor I talked to 5+ ppl and not one of them knew what they were talking about. One even stated that my delivery was on the way but that I could go pick it up from the shop called Sharis Berries. I told them how am I going to pick it up if it's on the way! 89.00 for some chocolate dipped strawberries. Long story short I never received my order and it ruined my surprise from my daughter and her first Mother's Day. I would stay clear of this company very unprofessional and unreliable! And most of all not knowledgeable about anything. I asked a supervisor when I finally got to speak to one who he worked for because it sounded like a huge scam he said 1800 flowers then he said Shari's Berries we argued over this as well he stated the Shari's Berries was a sister company and since my order was with them that's who he worked for he never once said anything about the Fruit Bouquet that I ordered from LITERALLY NOBODY WITHIN THE 800 NUBER I CALLED KNEW ANYTHING! I asked for the number to Shari's berries and they stated they could not give the number because the client did not give customers the business number it all went through them! Moral of the story be careful where you order when ordering online. And ALWAYS ALWAYS read the reviews my biggest mistake! If I could write a review with no stars I would this company does not deserve even a half star!
Poor Customer Service, they attempted deliver at the wrong address. Tried to contact them to correct but couldn't get ahold of anyone.
I ordered a Sharis berries for Mother's Day in Thursday! As of Mother's Day today still not delivered and the customer service is first hard to understand and give you runaround of excuses. They said they can deliver it Tuesday. Ummm Tuesday is not Mother's Day. Glad my mother waited at her house two days in a row for a delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DONT USE! I ordered - 2 item on 5/11/23 for Mom's Day 5/14, was sub post to be there on Friday 5/12/2023, 1 made it other got to Iraq! Call CS and chat 3 times! Very bad... finally talked to a supervisor overseas, and sub post to resend and refund 20%! Nothing compared to the product i purchase for $65.00! If it wasn't since I'm so far, my wife makes better fruit basket! How Embarrassing! She got most Lettuce! Never Again! I have learn to ready reviews first before ordering from a company like this!
I ordered two identical bouquets for two teachers in my child's school about six days ahead. One was delivered in the afternoon but the other was missing. I called customer service and spent 30 minutes on the phone verifying and re-verifying my order number only to find out that the other bouquet was supposed to arrive by 6 pm which was one hour past their declared time slot for non-residential addresses. Needless to say that the teacher who was to receive the gift had already gone home. I was told that if the recipient could not be reached they would make a new bouquet and deliver it the next day. No such thing happened. No compensation for an expensive fresh fruit bouquet that ended up sitting at the front desk overnight either. I will choose Edible Arrangements next time.
Placed and order for same day service at the beginning of the morning, it is at thee hr of closing and the business is about to close. No deliveries. I do not play about my money i will be calling BBB!
Ordered a fruit basket for a sick friend, they missed the delivery date and said they'd try to re-deliver, never heard anything back for over a week. Then I had to go through a bunch of hassle with their customer service before they finally claimed they delivered it. But my friend never got it, they just straight up lied and kept my money.
I ordered a fruit basket and chocolate strawberries as a get well gift. It just happened that I live at the same address. The order came, and it was only the basket. I asked the delivery person where the strawberries were,and he said that was everything,and left,no ill check for you,nothing. If I wasn't there I would have paid almost $100. And got half of the order and would never know. The person wouldn't know it wasn't all there. I wonder how many other people this happened to that don't know about it. I call a few times and no answer, no machine. I went on line,and texted with someone. It took a long time,but the said they would sent strawberries, and $20 credit for next time. I said there will never be a next time. Good customer service should have sent more strawberries. He said no, just a credit. We finally got the strawberries, not that great

I purchased a fruit bouquet from.1-800- Flowers for a,friend who had surgery, to the tune of $118.00 total. I ordered early on a Thursday, to be delivered on Friday. Long story short: it was never delivered. I called every couple of hours to check on the status after it never got delivered on Friday. After many false promises, and begging customer service rep requests over the next two days " to give us another chance", late sunday night I demanded a refund. ( of course that took some serious demands on my part, and at the end of the call, i got the robot- likeI " we hope you enjoyed your experience with 1-800- flowers" You've GOT to be kidding!)) I truly do not know what is up with this company. The ironic part is i thought i ordered from Edible Arrangements. Their site looks exactly the same. My bad...incidentally, i explained numerous times that i did not want an 8pm delivery as my friend had surgery and did not want to disturb her at that later hour. Also, the delivery was in Florida. Hardly wanted a fruit basket sitting there all night. After calling my friend to tell her i had tried to do a nice gesture for her she informed me the company had called her at 10 p.m.to see if she could accept the fruit basket! Wait, WHAT?! They obviously woke her up and then PUT HER ON HOLD! So in a nutshell, not only did the basket not get delivered, now they're calling and disturbing her when she needed her sleep. Argggggg... I plan on calling tomorrow to blast them. What a bunch of bumbling idiots! Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (Assuming you want ifruit/ flowers actually delivered) This is my first review, ever...that's how put off I am!
Got email updates saying an attempt was made and they will try again. At 8pm called and rep says the delivery person called recipient and spoke with them about redelivering next day. I asked my brother and he stated no one ever called him and he was home all day. Like others have posted do not use this company. They offered 20 dollar coupon, yeah no thanks. At least the Rep I spoke to was nice. Let's see if she actually processes my refund.
Ordering from 1800 flowers and fruitbouquets.com is a risky choice. Its always hit or miss. Yesterday I ordered a fruit bouquet for my brother who is hospitalized. I received an email at the end of the day saying they could not deliver but would attempt again. I called the company to see what the problem was and the rep told me that they could not get a hold of my brother. This is weird since every hospital has a lobby and a help desk where you can check in and ask info and notify patients about visitors or deliveries. Well the delivery person did not bother to do that, neither did he call my brother, nor me. The rep said that they do not pass the contact info of the person ordering so there was no way for the delivery person to contact me and because it was late they would deliver until the next day. I was upset because I paid extra for the same day delivery and so the rep said he would give me discount which I would receive via email and I have not received any discount. The next day finally I receive a pic of the bouquet at a random table at the lobby and he texted saying he left the fruit arrangement there for me to pick up. WTF? So I had to call the front lobby and ask them to please send up the fruit to my brother. They said sure without any problem or hesitation which leads me to believe this individual was lazy or incompetent about a simple job. For that reason I give this company a 1 star. Go somewhere else or take the gifts yourself.
I ordered two large arrangements for my co workers. While they loved the sentiment and enjoyed the fruit I must say I was disappointed in the presentation of the fruit arrangement. What was delivered was some sad attempt to resemble what was advertise. The arrangement I ordered said it would serve 12 but that would Have allowed for each person 1 maybe 2 pieces max. I wouldn't recommend them or order from them again
This is the worst delivery service I've used in my life, should have just DoorDash a gift to my wife. They refused to give me a more accurate delivery window and Al then never delivered. Avoid using this service, I'm now sure they aren't a scam.
If you care about your loved ones at all, do not order from this company. You can be sure that there is a genuine risk that it won't arrive. And if that was not bad enough, when you call customer service, they refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor, which I believe may be against their own company's policies. In short, a complete failure of an organization with no customer service or accountable. Plus, just read the other reviews. I wish I would have. Apparently the fruit tastes like crap anyway so maybe we dodged a bullet.
Well I made the mistake to order a valentines gift before valentine. I placed it 2 weeks early with the expected date the 13th to be delivered to avoid issues. My order didn't arrive on the date requested, nor have has it arrived and it says it won't arrive till the 15th. Called customer service and the only thing she repeated was " I'm sorry ".
Sorry doesn't fix the problem! So because it's fedex. I would like to know how much life my flowers have? And with all these reviews why are you still in business?
It's pretty sad for a company to take hard work money from people who are trying to just put a smile on a loved one or to a family who probably had a lost love. I went ahead and reordered with a different flower shop that actually got my order out in hours, and they received it.
Shame on this sad company and who ever is in charge of it or owns it, crappy service, dissatisfied customers and nothing but bad reviews! You don't deserve the 1 rating but it requires in order for me to place my experience
I ordered chocolate strawberries, cheesecake bites, balloons and a note to be delivered to my husbands work place over a week ago to be delivered before a certain time frame. On this this they kept sending me msgs that it was going to be delayed and that they would deliver it on their time. Then when I called they said that the balloons were not going to be available nor the note. So then I asked if it can be sent tomorrow and they said there will not be anything available. I got so frustrated with them over the phone I ended up getting a headache with their lack of customer service and accommodations. I ended up just canceling the order. Ruined my surprise for my husband. I will never use this website, if I can just report them to another agency I would I'm so furious with them.
Nice appearance, juicy fruit my fiancée loved it arrived on time, called when the arrived, looked like the picture I googled edible arrangements an some how ended up on this website, I didn't realize it until I purchased my order. I went to the reviews an started to become upset, but when my fiancée sent me a text saying how nice it was being that it was a surprise an she didn't know it was coming I was relieved I will order again thankyouu

My order was so tiny it was embarrassing. When chatting with customer service I was told I would receive a 50% refund. Instead, they charged me ANOTHER $20.92!

Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
